there are quite a few things that could be added to the low tier axis to make it fun to play with so many unique things,and a lot of things wouldn’t be considered “meta”,but would just be or the fun of it.this is all BR1 stuff being proposed by the way.and for all the non WT links,there will be a forum post here or from the WT forum.
HE 111 A-0 fighter
a fighter armed with an experimental 20mm cannon with high penetration values compared to other 20mms,having 37mms of penetration compared to 26mms on the MG 151.while the ammunition is limited to 100 rounds,the slower rate of fire allows for longer use.this thing is almost entirely a gimmick,but would be fun to try to take tanks out with.
Re 2002 Early fighter
this is an italian fighter armed with two 12.7mm machine guns and two 7.7mm machine guns,and can carry two 100 kg bombs or even up to a 250 kg bomb,but that is unlikely to see at BR1.
Ar 196 A-3 bomber
while the bombload on this plane is small,only two 50kg bombs,it makes up for it in it’s guns,which are pretty decent for a BR1 bomber,two MG FF/M cannons and a 7.92 for the pilot and two 7.92 gunners
Sd.Kfz 221(s.Pz.B.41) armored car
this vehicle is an armored scout car with a 28mm squeeze bore rifle with 90mms of penetration.this would be amazing if riders were reworked to include light armed vehicles such as this at some point.
AS 42 scout car
an Italian light vehicle with a 20mm cannon holding 12 rounds,with penetration of up to 48mms depending on the shell type.this is present in the editor and is partially usable,and just needs a bit of work and it is ready.
Sd.Kfz 222 armored car
a lightly armoured armored car used throughout the entire war,armed with a 20mm cannon with 10 rounds and a coaxial MG 34
Flakpanzer 38(t) SPAA
an SPAA has been needed in the german TT for a while,and this would be a good vehicle to solve that issue.This is the 20mm FlaK 38 we have in game used on a panzer 38(t) chassis.
Panzer I F heavy light tank
this was a modification of the panzer I in 1942 which greatly increased the armour to 80mm in the front,50 on the sides and back,and 25 for the roof and floor,but still kept the weak armament of only two MG 34 machine guns.these MG 34s could possibly get special S.m.K.H Tungsten AP rounds which can penetrate 22mms of armour at 10 meters. The post linked goes into a bit more detail and has some sources and more pictures.maybe if the armour is just too much for BR 1 we can get the ausf B version,which has a lot less armour but is faster.
Panzerjäger 1 TD
armed with a 47mm cannon with a quick reload on a panzer I chassis,decent cannon for BR1 similar to the Panzer 3 J’s 50mm cannon.
Panzer II F light tank
an improvement over the C version in multiple aspects,the most relevant being the increase of frontal armour to 30mms and the KwK 30 cannon being swapped for the KwK 38,which is the exact same except for having a much higher rate of fire of 450 RPM instead the 280 RPM of the KwK 30.
Turán I medium tank
A Hungarian tank armed with a 40mm cannon,8mm machine gun,and with armour similar to the panzer 3 J’s despite the beefier appearance
