This tank has br3 armor and br1 guns making it a nightmare for infantry but weak against its fellow tanks. Slow moving with heavy armor and a weak gun this tank could make a fun event tank because no one is going to make this a regular tank. putting it at br2 as an anti-infantry tank able to survive a few hits but unable to kill many br2 3 tanks. I found i was not the first one to find this but come on a panzer one with heavy armor the most german thing ever.
it was designed as a heavy recon tank and idea behind it was that in a situation when speed is not enough to survive, they will just send in slow tanks, but the idea was scrapped because recons are not supposed to get into such situations in the first place so mobility, element of surprise and fire power are their only friends while armour and slow speed will only get them surrounded and killed.
Its worth noting that a heavily armoured Panzer II (Pz II J) exists as well.
They were meant to be deployed in Malta where it was expected that the British will be awaiting them in heavily fortified positions.

But yes as an event vehicle, absolutely. Though justifying its BR would be a pain, since its frontally immune to a lot of BR1 tanks yet at the same time, completely unable to combat enemy armour.
Personally it could work as either a BR1 or a BR2 vehicle, but BR2 risks it being made completely obscure due to AT launchers en mass, and BR1 risks it being a seal club vehicle against new players who forget to bring TNT charges and explosive packs.
Stuff like this doesn’t belong to game. 80mm on low BRs would be pure toxicity. I don’t want another pre-nerf T50.
It definitely couldn’t work as BR1 vehicle. Nor as BR2.
Newbies doesn’t have access to engineers with AT guns, nor they can purchase EPs.
And even BR2 AT launchers would struggle against it (people are already bitching about KV1).
No, this tank definitely shouldn’t be added into game under no circumstances.
Literally just pure toxic troll tank. It wouldn’t be fun to play (just like T50 wasn’t), it would only cripple the game experiences for anyone opposing it (just like T50 was) .
