Few unfinshed prototypes with no clear design endndig for me means MOSTLY paper tank. Prototype just not fully cover what is on the paper.
Ho-Ri is diffrent story, but I have simillar aprouch to adding it.

We did in fact use captured German small arms the Ho-Ritard in game looks nothing like the actual Ho-Ritard did also the only functioning prototype was vaporized in Hiroshima the Panther II never “existed”. spoopy boi can explain why your wrong my boi.
And further more why would you even want a Panther II it would just be a worse Tiger II.

The T20 series rifles were made they existed they were a proof of concept that yes you can make the M1 full auto but no its not practical.
The fact remains that only the hull was built with no turret and is mostly a paper tank Gaijin made up.
