so they built the turret and the hull only never marrying the two yet it did not exist…does not compute

eh… i’m not against/opposed.
but at this point, i think it would be cool ( and probably better ) to bring back the panther F.
since it’s fully functional already in the editor.

As far as I know Ho-Ri production never existed, too. A prototype was planned for decrembre 1945. At the end of the war, the vehicle was still in the early development phase.
So technically that’s not an argument. 
And if I am right, Panther II also existed in game files in the past.

The Ho(e) was a mistake. Plain and simple
I’m not sure if they can still use this while we can spam Fedorov,T-50. T20 etc

Why though? It was never completed and has no real reason to be added in-game. It would have slightly better side armor(AT rifle proof, but then again the normal Panthers have sideskirts that do the same thing) and that’s it.
The Ho-Ri never existed, the US army NEVER adopted German weapons like the MG 42 and panzerschrek and put them into service (literally now it will be possible to see German weapons in the Pacific) many prototypes that are in the game did not even participate in the conflict in real life… In fact there are times when I question a little the sources that the enlisted devs consult to add certain content
but well, I really don’t see the problem of not adding panther 2, enlisted completely lost that authenticity that characterized it and at this point it no longer matters what they add. For my part, I would give the green light to Panther 2.
