OMG the gold coin now is here!

That’s the odd thing about the game’s target audience.

This isn’t War Thunder, it needs pretty solid hardware to run on. The freemium approach is geared more towards lower budgets like mobile games and low-spec PC games like war thunder.

That’s true

But now it’s too late, I don’t think devs will change it, they just make this forum thread to look like they care about us

So, I got selected as well. Didn’t read all 122 messages in this thread, but this stood out to me: It’s even worse than I thought.

  • When selecting perks, you can spend coins to get a new set of perks to choose from. You can’t do this any other way.
  • You can literally buy levels for your soldiers. Don’t wanna grind to max out your 5-star soldier? Just buy the levels.

It’s literally pay to win.

paying to skip a grind isn’t pay to win.

Play the game, don’t be terrible at the game, get your five star soldiers.

Bullets kill seasoned soldiers just as easy as they kill green horns.

It quite literally is pay-to-win. If you’re skipping a grind, thereby getting better equipment and troops, you are literally paying to be more powerful than people who don’t choose to.

This is called moving goal posts.

People are grinding faster than me therefore it’s pay to win.

Like I said the only solution for this extremely flawed logic is to lock the game out for everyone after 3 hours of play time per day to ensure nobody grinds faster than you.

Being retired and playing more than people who go to school/work is also P2W. Nerf old people >:(

I can’t imagine being this delicate.

Paying to make your grind faster is ok, but in the form like the premium squad, where you get +100% bonus to all exp you can get in Enlised. But when it comes to just buying your way up in progression it can be (in case of Enlisted) considered as P2W.
Lets take War Thunder as example: you can buy better vehicles with real money, but you still need to play and get those premium exp points (I forgot how they are called). And in WT there is also tier system,so if you just buy better vehicles you will play with players who also got them.
In Enlisted there is no matchmaking and I doubt there will ever be due to the playerbase splitted into different campaigns already. That way person who just buys higher campaign levels becomes much, much stronger than any other new player and can easly with MGs or whatever high tier equipment/perks/soldiers they want to use. So it is “pay now or be destroyed by those who payed”

you still need to play/grind your regular squads to unlock better weapons and higher tier soldiers to actually fill out your 4 man premium squad. You can’t minmax without playing with your regular gear it’s literally impossible.

But this game’s progression design is horrible. This game has the most higher level advantages in all the games I played. This progression itself is a failure. And extreme long and most of all, boring, level up time. So skip levels is kind of P2W.
And still no rank/level related matchmaking system.
BTW if just make grinding time shorter is “ok”, but now we can simply pay for a skip. That’s unacceptable.

with that project of monetisation we “test” now you can, although you still need to relay on RNG in terms of lootboxes with weapons and troopers (but you can always buy more). I was not even talking about premium squads, because their being OP and P2W is even worse

you can buy literally everything, from soldier perks (levels), campaign levels, squad upgrades etc.

your pay to win 5 star soldiers need to bullets to go down not one .

 click on their heads?

yes git gud…you have to click on heads but not the other way around…

If i level my soldier to 5 star and buy another with real money, give them same equipment how other is ‘op p2w op op skit’ and other totally fine?

because of mental gymnastics.

All the premium soldiers thus far come with twice the perk capacity of a free level 5 so it isn’t at all mental gymnastics.

Turn him into a veteran level 5  thanks.

Goldie bird only))))
Honestly if you’re going to shill P2W mtx you should inquire about employment tbh

 I’m sure it would be a lot of fun to work on such a cool product but alas I am just another player enjoying the game.

Well as paying customers we shouldn’t go and try to ruin the experience for others
