Helper told me the bug of AT launchers ricochet in short range will be solved in 0.4.5.57, and last night there was an update. I appreciate the work but I have to point out that the problem that AT launchers are unable to cause any damage at close range still exists. It not ricochet now but if it cannot make damage, it makes no difference. So I demand for a further commitment on it.

The OP has heard rumors that AT weapons are being weakened for the event, but rumors are rumors after all.
In the first place, the rumor is questionable. I think it is unrealistic and pointless. Because whether AT weapons are weakened or not, 30 kills by tanks is not a very difficult task.
And looking back at past events, the developers did not make any special accommodations for event tasks such as “kill a tank with an engineer’s ATGUN”.
If there are bugs, I don’t think they were intended by the developers, and unfortunately, it is not uncommon in this game for bugs to go unfixed.
It would be somewhat more constructive to report the issue to Gaijin.net/Issue before starting an emotional thread.
I reported a rare first-person vision bug one and a half months ago and guess what, no report and no fix plan. But it really annoys me a lot every game.
I know the issue report system, but I need some real work to bring back my trust on it.
Yeah was working fine before patch. And I dont see how latency can effect a tank thats not moving, or hasnt moved for a couple of minutes…and I have all the time in the world to specifically target the weak spot.
