The Internet has made our lives dramatically more convenient, but I miss the days when I had to buy magazines to get information.
I used to mark the “Christmas Gift Guide” books with a pen.

It just made me dream.
I remember the excitement I had when the magazine was in the mailbox. It was magic. It just made me dream :smile:.

Nowadays with internet it’s like you say more convenient, but the magic is gone. There’s also Soooo many games out there. Back then, there was Nintendo games and a FEW (compared to today) pc games. Speaking of, I liked buying “pc games” at the local tobacco store (they sold magazines)

Also have a crate of those :sweat_smile:

I miss the days when I used to go out to the store and buy games.
The old PC games used to be exciting because the boxes were so big for no reason.
