NO More Friendly Fire...Thats what we need!

I would like to suggest my Anti-friendly fire/trolling idea:

  • NO more Roadkill with vehicles: If a player hit a friendly soldier with vehicle just push him away, dont damage him.
  • Teammates doesn’t stuck / get damage from by their friendly builded barbed wires/tank traps etc… Just simply go through on them. AI dies a lot of times cause of them.
  • Friendly mortars/bombs does not damage friendly palyers
  • Players doesn’t catch fire, if they touch friendly Flamthrower trooper made fire in a room or somewhere else. (Avoid teamkills) - Players still can burn themself, by their Own flamethrovers fire.

If I missed some similar situation, about annoying friendly fire, please add it with “+” in comment section. Thank you

  1. Friendly fire roadkill damage is specifically to prevent pushing friendlies around I would assume.

  2. Fortifications should go both ways and therefore take thought. You shouldn’t just be able to mound up a room mindlessly with barbed wire with no consequences.

  3. Mortars and bombs deal friendly fire so that you can’t just lock down an objective by constantly dropping ordnance on your teammates.

  4. See 2 and 3 for fire

It’s bad enough that one player can throw a grenade into a room and their teammate can rush inside with no consequences, but that’s more understandable because accidental teamkilling would skyrocket with grenade friendly fire.

i know that in west you ask about playing while not played using brain yourself before, but at least try then cry about any ally abused you. or just go away playing singles

Not like someone care, the amount of times I lost games because friendly fired artillery on the last capture point and killed everyone (from our side) in the capture point…

I know its Monday, and hard to make effort to understand other players…but I can’t do nothing if theres a bounch of palyers who are “brainless” style play this game and trolling/friendly fireing all day…sorry but these are fact. Thank you for everything

what could i do if western “cybersportsmen” like to post it and make everything stupid and squalid? remove planes, remove that fire, this fire. probably better make one long corridor with spawns at ends of this and give both sides automatic rifles without recoil and that would be best “gampley”? why making landscapes, teamplay and different weaponry then?

Really there should be an automatic kick/ban with a high enough number of teamkills in a set amount of time.

But because of how many neanderthals run straight into friendly artillery, the number would need to be fairly high.

All those aspects are key to the teamplay. Players should learn to use those tool properly, but removing them is bad idea imo. People should think about their team when setting up fortifications or calling artillery. Without friendly fire it will be just brainless spam of barbed wir on points, artillery called directely on teammates heads without even thinking about hurting them. So big no from me.

If you meet someone that kills your troops on purpose just report him. But most of those situations is most likely caused by players that need to learn about the game.

Thank you Shanghai_ShrekEnlisted_CBT and YES. A kinda punishing system would be great after all. But Im sure you also see the palyer ("as you called “neanderthals” :smiley: ) jumping right into friendly explosion/ fire or simething stupid position. Hard to diced who was the victim in that case :confused:

that’s what i talk about. fools come to game without any understanding, without a wish to study ANYTHING. and what? of course, if you make something harder than CS, you should teach them how to play and make gameplay difficult enough. and TC suggests to make fools’ life easier by placing them in kind of room with soft walls. war thunder already got degraded with such tactics, and enlisted can repeat it’s fate

War Thunder got friendly fire turned off of ground forces because when things in Crimea flared up, players would use and target decals of flags from certain nations (not just Russia and Ukraine) so deliberate teamkilling was too much of a problem.

If I had to make an assumption for teamkills on Enlisted, I would say 49% are accidental and the fault of the one killed, 49% are accidental and the fault of the one doing the killing, and 2% are deliberate.
I very rarely see deliberate teamkilling.

i mean whole gameplay with spawn points, small maps like Sweden or Terminal, and simplified damage of shells, especially in RB. while enlisted for now gives right to play any class without serious taxes, plans to add bigger maps and has kinda more realistic damage and team-depending gameplay. so i hope it will save such tendency or at least introduces additional regime for weaklings

Yeas, its possible. But with the current AI bot system…most of the times the AI cannot react properly. That why I mentioned barbed wire from friendlies. Same happens wheen I or other palyers run through Bots and they got hurt. Frustrating it s, I have to say.

Just make it kick and timeout for 24 hours…
No need to ban people because they don’t understand what is ally and that you aren’t supposed to artillery fire directly at capture points while there are allies close…

for some sorts of bread i’ll give some advice: it’s about improving ai and not making gameplay stupid

i guess they just should decrease artillery fire rate and number of one-button gaymers. people often don’t take engineer which is most useful class in game, replacing him with those degraded artillerists
