New type of research - Armies and Realistic Damage Model

Hello Everybody. I decided to update my old topic about new type of research in Enlisted similar to War Thunder called “Armies”. Why? Because now, when Open Beta began, I would like to share my Ideas with New Players and of course with the Developers.

So what i mean.

Right now is research and Damage model system in Enlisted by my opinion and a lot ppl will agree with me grind and little bit P2W…

Why? Because Right Now Enlisted have unrealistic Damage model, so in the game is “HP System”" with Perks for add more HP and for adding more damage for weapons. so in practice this mean that no matter where you shoot is there chance that your target survives hit to Head and that is not so Realistic…

I suggest add to the game Realistic Damage Model for all Soldiers, Weapons and Vehicles, so Everyone will had chance kill enemies in one, two or three hits…

Also add to the game Medic Role for healing wounded soldiers like it is in Hell let loose.

(Just like in War Thunder.)

Players would choose, what they want research. Would be pretty nice to add to the game Historical Armies that fought in particular battles, like I created it… In every Army would be Divisions, from which would every player can research squads that he prefer. (Yes, Devs don´t must to add every squads to the division, but just some squads…)

Or Every squad would have some stuff to unlock, like Weapons or Vehicles like it is now…

Premium squads, that are right now in the game, are ok but add to the game option, that when Player Buy Squad with unique Weapons or Captured Vehicles, then he can add this weapon also to some other squads, not only for these one squad… :slight_smile:

Ofc. Premium Squads and Vehicles will have XP boost. But they don´t will be overpowered with HP perks because if Devs add to the game Realistic damage model everyone in the game will be “Mortal” and game will be fair for all. :slight_smile:

So I think everyone will be Happy because everyone will have the same chance to Win. :slight_smile:

What do you think about my Idea?

Hi again.

I know that some things are changed but I want to repost my Idea on how could look Enlisted in the Future.

So in short. By my Opinion is my Idea Very Good for F2P Game like Enlisted because is fair for Everyone.

And if is Game Fair for Everyone, then its a Good Game.

Today we got Moder Conflict Event.

Which is Nice because Enlisted can had Every War and Battle in a Human History in one game like: WW1,WW2, Vietnam, maybe Napoleonic Era, etc… :slightly_smiling_face:

Let me and a Devs know what do you think about my Idea about New Research System simillar to War Thunder. :slightly_smiling_face:

the one thing i have against medics is they would be targeted by anyone with a gun most likely. also how would they be balanced with other soldier types?

Yes, medics can be the target of enemies but in the game it can be so that everyone who kills the medic in the game loses for example 5% of XP after battle when player killed max. 10 medics.

When player kill more than 10 medics then player loses 10% XP, etc… or it can be like in HELL LET LOOSE where the medic has weapons but still it is better than a game without a medic where everyone treats themselves …

Or players don´t must add medics to the squad but then no one will be able to help the injury soldiers…

And yet, when medic kill someone then he loses like I wrote for example 5% XP but when enemy kill medic after that when medic killed someone so then Enemy or Ally don´t loses XP because medic killed someone already.

Or medics will be started without weapons or just with pistols but in battle they will be able to find any weapon then they can fight but like I wrote they will loses 5% or 10% XP when they kill someone.

There is more options how do that. And Im sure that after implementation of this, game will be Very Good and Realistic. :slight_smile:

but the one point of the game is killing enemy soldiers. that would be penalizing one side for doing its job as far as i can tell. with the pace of the game it would likely be an ignored class because of being penalized for having a more direct role or defending itself

Yes… this can be a problem but Medic role can had for example 200% or more XP as normal soldiers but when medic killed someone he will lose for example -100% XP from 200% and when medic will kill again he lose like I wrote for example 5% or 10% XP.

But when Players will play Squad game modes player don´t must play as medic but only A.I. will be healing injured soldiers on the Battlefield so A.I. don´t will be attacking on Enemies.

So if players don´t want play as medic then OK medics can be A.I. controled and they will be healing injured soldiers like I wrote… :slight_smile:

And like i wrote when someone kill Medic (10 medics -5% XP,etc…)

So that can be changed in the game. Devs and Players will see how to works in the game and Devs could change it…

Like now Devs testing Modern War so they can test also Medics etc… :slight_smile:

they would have to make ai actually take initiative and do it without orders to make it useable at all imo

not sure thats their goal, but not lookin to start a fight

Yes, I agree but I´m sure that Devs can make a lot more smart A.I. like is now in the game. :slight_smile:

the best way to intorduce combat medics would probably be like any other soldier class
how i would see them:
they carry multiple medkits(possibly more than with a large backpack) and as AIs help downed teammates(and probably are more passive)
and like other types of soldiers they have their own squads or can be added to other ones
