No. 74 Sticky Bomb- anti tank grenade that can stick to surfaces, one pin releases the shell and exposes the sticky head
No. 75 Hawkins Grenade- anti tank grenade that could ALSO function as a mine, could be thrown at tanks or placed on ground, was also used by America so they could receive it as well
No. 82 Gammon Bomb- anti tank grenade
Clam Limpet Mine- magnetic mine that could be used on tanks, development of the naval limpet mine to be used on land, used by the S.O.E
Soviet Union
RGD-33 Bundle- grenade bundle of the RGD-33 stick grenade, used against vehicles, buildings, and structures
RPG-40- early war anti tank grenade, effective up to 20mm
RPG-43- anti tank grenade, more powerful than the RPG-40, became the main anti tank weapon of the Soviets, effective up to 75mm
RPG-6- anti tank grenade, even more powerful than the RPG-43, developed after the Battle of Kursk, effective up to 100mm
Germany
M39 Eihandgranate “Egg Grenade”- smaller and lighter than the standard M24 and soldiers often carried multiple. Note that I don’t want this to replace the classic M24 in any current or future campaigns, just that it could be added for more immersive variety
M43 Grenade- simplification of the standard stick grenade as the war progressed, has the same fuse assembly as the M39 and is unscrewed on top instead of bottom with the M24, served alongside the original M24 to the end of the war. Geballte Ladung- M24 grenade bundle with multiple heads tied together, used against vehicles, buildings, and structures,
Hafthohlladung- “Panzerknacker” magnetic anti tank grenade but also regarded as a mine (could be added as either grenade or mine), soldiers attach it to the tank and then remove the pin
Panzerwurfmine- anti tank grenade, originally used by Luftwaffe ground units but was used by various units, the Panzerwurfmine Lang (long) had stabilizing fins that sprang from the handle when thrown, the Panzerwurfmine Kurz (short) had a canvas strip that sprang when thrown

Passaglia Grenade- improvised anti tank grenade used primarily in North Africa, the elite Bersaglieri also used them, samples were sent to Italy but they were not produced there

Type 99 Mine- magnetic anti tank mine that could also function as a grenade, ie could be attached to tanks or thrown
Type 3 Grenade- anti tank grenade
