After buffing the AVS-36’s fire rate to 880 RPM, its old 15.8 damage (from the 660 RPM era) is now clearly excessive. It’s time to reduce its <10m damage to 15.3. (PS: Why does the AVS have 15.8 damage while the AVT-40 has 15.3 when they’re the same caliber? 
)

man… its not even necessary having 880 rpm is already nerf for it by mag fault , only thing keeps a little good its the damage or recoil…

He actually has a point tho with his rules. You can actuallly out murder someone with stg or As with the obrez. God knows how many i murdered in lone fighters despite enemy shooting first
Only factor that affects that rule is famage drop and velocity
So what if the M1918 has high RPM? How many high-RPM SMGs does Germany even have at BR2? Meanwhile, the Soviets have a whole arsenal of them. Yet some clowns keep barking about how ‘MP40 and other low-RPM, high-damage SMGs > PPS42/43’—only to get steamrolled in actual matches.
Maybe actually get 10,000+ SMG/LMG kills first before talking.

Well, if we go by your logic that the rate of fire gives you victory, the FG42 has 900 dpm so by simple rule of 3 and your own words, which you wrote, the FG wins because: FG42 900 dpm >>> AVS-36 800 dpm

People will prefer AVT over AVS anyways now because of a bigger mags -why nerf AVS?
The AVS-36 has a much higher skill ceiling than the AVT-40 (20). The AVT-40 (20)’s fire rate is still far behind the top-tier BR5 auto rifles, and a 20-round magazine doesn’t change that. (PS: I genuinely hate the AVS-36 but have to use it because of its sheer power.)
What are you talking about? How does AVT possibly have not enough dps?
Even a glance at the stats shows it’s impossible for the AVT (660 RPM) to compete with the FG42 II (830 RPM) at equal damage—that’s a 26% DPS gap we’re talking about.
That DPS doesn’t matter when it only takes 1 bullet to kill someone, or at least down them

750 in my mind is the best all round rate of fire, more than that is better in cqc but makes the gun less controllable in mid to long range fights. 600 rpm is noticeably slow in cqc, while 500 is straight up bad, but thats more for SMGs that need multiple hits to down the enemy, SFR is literally about who shoots first, since they are one hit kill guns.
Also, keep in mind, AVT has better damage at mid range than FG42, there are still some pros and cons, but to say its “quote: Impossible” for AVT to compete with FG42 is ridiculous
