Move M18 GMC to BR III

Which is still trash in comparison to hellcat’s gun. As the ammo that hellcat uses has more than double the explosive mass of ammo that pz IV J uses :))

Hellcat could get APCR with 192 pene as a third ammo type. I think that would be much more reasonable than allowing it to confront BR1 and BR2.

Why are you so persistent to put hellcat to BR3? You haven’t even tried the tank.

Which is why people should finally start taking BRs seriously and compare vehicles to each other.

If I say this BR2 tank has this much armor, all other nations should have equal power OR some other benefit to make up for it.

That doesnt make sense.
The QF17 is better than the 76mm and the Achilles has better armor than the M18.

But why since M10 and M18 cannon are basically the same?
Because speed? Really important for greyzone camping.

Who tf is greyzone camping with hellcat? I guess the same kind of people who wants it to be at BR3 xD

That would somewhat make sense.

Hellcat is probably the worst tank to greyzone camp with.

Brcause thats what you do with tanks. Everything else is stupid, espcially with open ones.
And gun is still the same.

for people who unlocked the M18 before the merge it is BR4 for people unlocking it now it Is BR5

Hellcat can be quite easily aggressive. You don’t have to worry about infantry as long as you pay attention to your surroundings. It has amazing acceleration, even in reverse. As soon as you see a loser running towards you, you can dash away in a second and shoot HE right underneath him. I’ve done it a thousand times.

The worst weakness of hellcat are random rockets from the planes, that’s what I was dying to most. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the front or camping.

The M10 has a completely different gameplay. It’s slow and has an incredibly slow turret traverse speed.
You really can’t be agressive with that.

Wtf? xD That’s so bizarre.

We still pretending Enlisted maps are big?

There’s lots of good maps for Hellcat.
Ardennes, airfield, Normandy factory map, the map with swamp and church in town.

I am not lying that I had great fun with hellcat.
Ofc I didn’t play hellcat on all maps. That’s why I had 2 other tanks in my line up.

And there are plenty of bad maps too and Airfield depends if the Allies attack or defend.
Bulge is bad because the Germans just camp in greyzones.

Definitly worth BRIV.

Wait what?

What makes a map specifically good for the Hellcat compared to other tanks?

I can see some maps having bad spawns that require you to move uphill before reaching the battlefield, but other than that? Every tank can flank I guess, it just takes longer for a heavy.

checked with alt account and m18 is BR4.

The ones that aren’t corridors and you have a lot of options to avoid the main stream where the infantry normally runs straight to the objective.

Plus those maps in Normandy have forests quite often. That’s where I love to hide with hellcat.
There are several of those at the airfield, for example.
Those are places I wouldn’t even know existed. If I didn’t have a vehicle like a hellcat that can get to those positions so fast.

There are plenty of maps for western allies that you can flank really well. Even though most people think otherwise.

But then again, the more you flank, the less you play objectives. That’s true. You can’t be on flank all the time. But like I said, hellcat very well may be in front thanks to its huge acceleration even in reverse speed.

I really had a lot of fun with the hellcat, as I played it completely differently than the other tanks.
That’s also true of the JP IV with the longer gun that’s on the BR5. That’s also an extremely underrated vehicle.
