well this is just problem with lack of BR queues. for me german long 75mm shouldnt see low BR MM, but it is what it is.
Hellcat is very fast, it can easily flank, move around and get into position on a large open map like Bulge.
Besides no armour is best armour, its War Thunder meme that AP shells will simply pass through the tank rather than detonating inside.

From US perspective, itâs second best US tank gun in game. Used only by BR4 and BR5 vehicles.

75mm is enough to fight BRIII opponents, 76mm will only overpen most low BR tanks, the chance of one shot is much lower than 75mm, the experience is like using APCR
As for HE ability, 76MM is worse than you think. The equivalent tnt is even lower than Crusader (590g vs 390g, 75mm is 666g)

The 50 cal wonât work at long range because you canât use binoculars at the same time and if you want to use the M18 like PUMA and get some kills with the 50 cal the experience will be painful, snipers ,flamethrowers and the damn Molotov will kill half of your crew so you will always want to avoid infantry.
50 cal is more often used as AA.

Complete nonsense. US 75mm guns do not have ammo with explosive fillers. Unless you are lucky with good hit to ammoreck, you are never going to one shot any tank.
Thatâs definitely not the case with hellcatâs 76mm. This gun do have ammo with explosive filler which can OHK any tank very easily (as long as you penetrate the armor).
Considering what tanks are mostly used in low BR queue (Pz II, Pz III N, PZ IVs), majority of them would definitely trigger the explosive filler.
Hellcat would be completely annihilating them.
(Japan tanks are different story tho, but theyâre so bad you really donât see them very often.)
