Assault squads

First it was Normandy, and now it’s Moscow’s time for new Assault rifles.

Axis - MKb.42 (W)

MKb.42 (W) is one of the prototyps of german Assault rifle project.
It uses 7.92x33 Kruz round, same as the Sniper Mkb.42(H) of Moscow.

Allies - Fedorov-Avtomat

Classic Russian Assault rifle chambered for 6.5x50 Arisaka round.
Was produced from 1915 to 1945. used from WW1, Winter war, and WW2.

ZK412

ZK-412 is Czechslovakian Assault rifle, chambered for 8mm Rapid round.
It was produced since 1939 to 1942, and was used by german forces at East front.

Allies - PPSh-2

PPSh-2-2

PPSh-2 is a prototyp soviet SMG designed by Georgy Shpagin, Chambered for 7.62 Tokarev. Total number of 240 was built, and was used at the Eastern front for russia.

Both. If you ask me I would also do it for Mkb.42(H) but that train has passed.

Well as you know Mkb.42(H) is already in Game as a Researchable weapon, I think why not for Assaults? since they were widely used at 42-43 era so.

They the devs need to decide what they want with this game.

WW2 fantasyland with campaigns that have nothing to do with what they say they are or at lest something that looks as semi-historic.

What, we will end with Kalasnikovs and T54-s in Moscow in few patches?

Well it was alredy broke since when they added Jumbo at normandy.
I’ll be waiting for Tiger tanks at moscow now, since it was made at 42 lol

Jumbo in Normandy? Semi-historic, battle of France 1944.

Assault rifles in Moscow other than Mkb.42(H)? Fantasyland, reaches out in to 1943. Do we really want that? Never ending power creep that only serves to milk out money.

Mkb.42 went to Produce at Feb.1942, it could be semi-Historical if i would say.
Also jumbo wasn’t at the Battle of France, He came europe at september 44, after the end of operation overload.

And about this, Power creep is already there since theyve added PPSh-41 Drum at moscow. MKb. may could be a balancer for it.

So we should encourage power creep? Just accept it and bend over?

Balance, balance, balance. So everything has to be balanced symmetrically? What Soviets have to balance Mg34?

What that PPSh-41 shoots trough walls and aims by itself?

Campaign is pretty much balanced as it is now.

And yes I am a German main who is against this. There are enough campaigns with auto weapons for everyone, leave Moscow out of it.

the typos lol.

I mean already the power creep is extreme there by PPSh, and they wont remove it. so to end this we need a balancer / counterpart for germans i must say. MG 34? DP could be its counterpart.

PPSh is extremely strong at moscow, Shoots 71rounds of 5.3 damage in 1000RPM while germans are shooting 20round SMG in RPM of 600.

balance now here isnt that right, and it’s not only the problem of moscow.
Normandy had a balance problem with Jumbo before, and now with Panthers.
They all should be handled, Removed, replaced, or adding counterparts, whatever it is.

and same as the moscow.

P.s.

not only PPSh but almost every guns can shoot over the wooden wall, but with extremely reduced damage. but well PPSh’s 1000 RPM can offset it, not like the other guns.

why I have to give up automatic weapons because of that reason?
I don’t play other campaigns and that reason can’t convince me

What typos? Operation is called Overlord not OverLOAD.

20round SMG? Who uses that? Few games and you already reach Mp38 which is very good gun.

Then go read a book about WW2 infantry weapons and convince yourself.

Or you want another Normandy with FG42 (with different name) for everyone?

Beretta M38 or MP38 whatever it is, it couldnt be a counter against the PPSH.
for example MP38 has 450 RPM with 32 rounds. PPSh has 1000RPM with 71 rounds. both guns are recoiless. It’s god damn obvious

It’s an Italian gun, don’t use it, it freezes in cold weather…

i like how the lower/mid tiers are curently balanced-both have advantages/disadvantages
USSR has better SMGs and tank cannons, while germany has better LMG, tank MGs and planes
