increase dispersion and velocity of every weapon
moke movement much slower
make reaload and throwing grenade take much more time
people will have to stay more stabil to play properly
at this point game looks much more like cod or bf
verdun can be reference point to how to make game more realistic and less cqc hell
that will never happen
why ?
Nobody want change like this. This game just isnāt for you obviously. You can go play verdun.
Enlisted is a very arcady game with some realism elements. Maybe some of what you suggest could be added, but at its core, itās still very arcady so realism will come second.
No. This is supposed to be realistic and an arcade style shooter. It doesnāt have things like sliding and the such and is one of the most realistic games Iāve played. We donāt need it to be as complicated as Tarkov (though that can be interesting, not for this game)
as a separate game setting yes much like battle fields hard core and arcade
but this hell no
This very much, especially for grenades.
It will make people think twice before spaming grenages.
But dispersion as it is is cancer and unrealistic. I have no idea why would you make it even bigger.
Who tf is spamming grenades? Nearly everyone is using EP just to kill tanks. I have never encountered āspam of grenadesā.
I guess you should rather play more, than write some disillusioned comments on forum.
Yeah I concur, lets not make dispersion any worse than it already isā¦
The key issue that is missing from the infantry atm, is realistic movement rates - they have a shoddily implemented stamina system, that quite frankly is a waste of time. It should be replaced with a new encumbrance system that simplifies the game to the degree that every soldier moves as fast as the stuff they carry will permit them to.
They already have reload animations and so the same concept should apply to grenade throwing - animation to pull the pin, and then you can throw. Cooking grenades and detpacks needs to have side effects - the fuses were not perfect and cooking grenades was / is extremely dangerous - the effect should be a grenade or detpack going off in your face rather than being forcibly thrown after a certain period. The fuse cook timer should be random between 4-7 sec.
Bunny hopping still too easy and prevalent, needs to be linked to both encumbrance and your shitty stamina system if you insist on keeping it. Sprinting should be in 30-50m bounds followed by a slower trot for soldiers as they catch their breath. Running in mud or snow should seriously slow down movement if its deep enough to affect vehiclesā¦
I could say that by āgrenadesā I meant hand held throwadle explosive charges.
But youāve already proven that you take everything literalry and are unable to understand the meaning of things. One could think that itās the basis of communication between humans.
That wasnāt the point, dont even try such a argumentative fallacy on me. Destroying tanks with āgrenadesā really isnt grenade spamming. Your made up arguments just arenāt facts.
Throwing explosives at the point isnāt destroying tanks.
Yet you do.
It was to be expected from someone who came to the game forum only to downwote peoplesā ideas and insult them.
No.
Youāll never achieve the adorable pace of Verdun/Tannenberg/Isonzo in this game.
The factor that mostly influences these titles is the WW1 setting - with overall the same type of weapons for everyone. As in the setting of WW2, automatic and semi-automatic weapons change everything.
Give the players an auto and theyāll start rushing like thereās nothing to lose.
Aside, Verdun/Tannenberg come with a fully working squad mechanic of human players instead of a shitty or even non-working squad AI. Squad leadersā orders are visible for the squad members on the map. And they put a real effort in making the maps completely balanced with no advantage for any side.
As we speak about it, I think Iāll switch back to these titles, since they are possibly the most balanced and most fun to play shooters ever created.
Realismā¦the high demand of ārealismā in Post Scriptum (as a perfect reference to Enlisted) lead to a very very small, yet enthusiastic, community. It doesnāt sell well and is currently also on a downward way.
what u want nā¦b?
We already have 2 topics:
Obviously implementing more ārealisticā mechanics will make the game more slow-paced.
So, as a compromise, should the devs implement āarcadeā mode for those wanting more fast-paced play, like in warthunder?
Increase dispersion and Iām uninstalling immediately. Vast majority of people are asking for dispersion to be removed or at least reduced dramatically. Awful suggestion
Report this shithead, donāt talk to him. He doesnāt have a single comment where he doesnāt insult people or at best tells them to play different games.
