Where are my promised event squad slots?

Maybe someone can help me? I have several issues since the merge:
my additional slots i bought with gold are gone and have not been paid back. where can i ask for help?
why do i have to pay 3000 silver for nearly every weapon i have played with for years?
how can i save premade BR teams and reload them like in Warthunder some years ago?
All the squads I just deployed were solidly Tier 3, mainly M1 carbines and some rifles and Lanchesters. Same was mainly true for the rest of the team I would say. Fought an axis side in Nomandy with Tigers, MG34’s with Patrommels, Stg44’s, Stg45(m)'s and any other Tier 5 gear you care to name. Needless to say the battle lasted less than 5mins. Remind me again what was the matchmaking aspect of this update supposed to do again?

The Gold has bee having issues being refunded afaik. most people reported their gold arriving after waiting a while and/or restarting the game.

Wait, as mentioned it can take up to a week for the squad slot refund to arrive

Your gold has been or will be refunded in a week so you can buy your slots again, there are new squads, so if you buy a weapon you will get a squad due to the implementation of new squads different from the legacy ones

Confirmed i got my Gold refunded.
Besides that, I’m having fun with the new update. Putting aside my historical accuracy woes since I bought Easy Red 2.

›Uptiered to fight dropshot lean spamming full autos at BR3
›Equip Sherman 75mm and the appropriate gear for tier III

Idk who greenlit this, but they should be relegated to janitorial duties for a couple weeks and the spread should be tightened to plus or minus 1

“Premium soldiers obtain one free redistribution of perk points.” You should have give this to all squads.
“The amount of resources available for engineering buildings is now displayed in the combat interface, similar to ammo for weapons.” and “Added an option to the game settings that keeps the pilot’s head straight when tilting the airplane.” Excelent changes.

Sad but true. 2 days ago i try to play BFV and after one match i delete this game because its like every online FPS game, with only “WWII flavor”. Today, for the first time i press escape to be deserter in Enlisted. Maybe we are only aprox. 20 guys who love this historical accuracy in old campaign system and this mergeapocalypse is worth for gaijn idk. but i will miss old game.

This game will just be a infantry version WT (arcade only).
Just a FPS game with WW2 skins. No longer care about historical accuracy aka background.
I bet this will let more fictional weapons vehicles into the game in the future.
