[Map] Nuketown Zombies


i left and rejoined and now it worked. Sadly the zombies had already wounded me

It doesn’t matter which team you join, as the mission_specified_team from Earth Shield will handle that part and make you join the correct team

The zombie spawned under the map. As you can see the marker is right in front of me but there is nothing. I even heard it groaning but couldnt see it

K, so been playing a bit, got a few things that kinda need fixing, first and foremost, marine, the one with the silenced m3, There is a issue looking down sights where the custom skin covers your vision so you cannot aim down sights while playing it.

Next, and idk if you can even fix this, if you die outside the map you are perma dead. like. gone gone for GOOD, no rejoins, a fix i could see for this could possibly put in 2 classes, one in each squad so you can respawn, but make them just spawn with a grenade so you can die fast and get back to the main classes.

Another thing I thought I should mention is that when you try to drop a Pack a punch gun, say if your like 15 waves in and someone joins so you want to equip them you cannot give them PAP guns.

I have also had several graphical bugs, i forgot to take screenshots so ill see if i get any again. BUT i do have these 2. outside of these i did have a match where the stairs down in the nuke silo were invisible, i could walk on them but could not see them.


i will mention if i find more. and if you want me to test something just holler cause im just vibing.

These are vegetation impostor errors. Only thing i can do is replace the affected trees. Is this the only tree that is bugged?

??? They can’t pick up dropped guns? Very strange bug.

thanks first. second. i think i worded it poorly. its not that they cant pick up dropped guns, its that the guns themselves… just dont drop. like if i take the pap stinger MG from the bunker for 7.5k and buy a second to give to another player, when i drop it it just does not appear on the ground. it works with the pap double shotgun however which is weird, it seems a bit random. and with the texture bugs, i have only seen them like 2 times and they never impacted play to a massive degree, always able to play around them. also, another huge thanks for building this godlike map!

This might indicate that the PaP stinger has an invalid item template. This error only occurs when there is typo or something, so some guns would work while some wouldn’t.

@Bazsi37 will need to check the codes for such errors. Please report all the guns that have such problem if you can, so it is easier than looking at every gun

Hello, I want to ask. Did you implement mortality in the last update? The player, as usual, died and started the game again. Or did you find another option?

Yes, he implemented the feature to clear those players who left the game. It is required to be allowed to bleed out (mortality) to be killed by the AFK kicker.

However, normal players who are still playing will not be killed and should not be affected at all

How can normal players not get hurt if the conditions are the same for everyone? You mean they will heal him 10 minutes before he dies?

They would crawl to nearby alive players, and be revived this way.
This is done to reduce lag of the server

However, the timer can be increased as AFK players are killed regardless of the bleed out timer - they get killed by another thing instead of the timer getting to 0.

  • @Bazsi37 you might want to make it 20 minutes, as it doesn’t really affect the afk kick time

This doesn’t help either. I reduced the number of zombies to less than 60. And we played only two. And there are still lags. Something changed in the engine itself,((((.

No, it was that the map itself was updated. @Bazsi37 added a whole new area that is very, very big. The server simply can not handle navmesh properly anymore due to the increase of area

Yes, I played the updates “@Bazs37”, AND I PLAYED ON A WEAK PC, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY. ALTHOUGH I PLAYED BEFORE.
I’m talking about my maps, they are much smaller than his. I thought it was because of errors in
,““entities””, but no. I checked, put native zombies and lags are present, the server just freezes… (((((.

can you try to pass the map to me? I can help you test it and figure out the problem.

I thought you were not making maps anymore, turns out i am wrong :slight_smile:

Yes, of course, I’ll check Breaking Dead xxx today, which also has lags. With friendly native zombies and nothing extra, if the lags are repeated, I’ll give it to you for analysis.
