It’s funny hoe basically everything is getting nerfed to oblivion. (For example: bombing runs, WPs, anything flame related, GL - even though I would say this “nerf” really doesn’t solve anything yet again. People can spam them even at faster pace now).

DF refuses to understand that it listens to a bunch of 12 year olds who can only spam BR5 weapons and are bitching and whining about anything that isnt a braindead auto spam weapon.
vast parts of the game arent fun anymore because everything gets nerfed…but the most OP weapons in the game stay the same…so they become relatively even more OP? thats straight up retarded game design, no other way to describe it. (actually they got buffed as for some mysterious reasons BR5 weapons required recoil buffs 6 months ago…)
atm the last thing making enlisted worth playing is …thats its NOT a normal fps, but a combined arms game. once the rest gets nerfed into uselessness there will be no reasons left to play enlisted over other fps which are better at the fps part.

These 3 buffs I suggested in a prior thread could allow phosphorus to take on more of a area denial role (like tear gas), instead of a major annoyance.

Really, Enlisted isn’t normal at all, and it is truly unique.
Also, in what way is this connected to the nerf of bomb sticks? It doesn’t touch anything and doesn’t really impact infantry vs vehicles.
Almost all FPS shooters are better than Enlisted. Only different things are bots and they suck. Even F2P doesn’t apply here and almost all paywalled games are better than Enlisted.
But when you stop playing Enlisted, it can only be a better game because it would require more skill I guess.

WP was only awful to play against back in the day because the gas would kill people through walls and floors which was brutal

As if the current one is more accurate, cough for a few seconds then make a miraculous recovery the second they leave the gas.

Increasing the duration would work if the damage of the current one stayed but the suggestions I made all make sense, if your in gas you won’t be able to breath very well therefore it should drain stamina, in gas your eyes may burn or become irritated therefore vision will suffer.

The wp buffs that I suggested will give it some stattegy it could be used to flush enemy’s out of a bunker or denying a entrance way to a enemy.

Unless you wear Soviet body armor which should reduce the white phosphorous damage by 90%
I agree, they are good in nothing other but throwing them under tanks, something explosive pack does better. If anything I also think shotguns should get buffed too because its just ridiculous how weak they are

The devs need to understand that there are alternatives to nerfing something directly, I do believe that white phosphorus was OP - but only because of the nature of the game.
capture zones are very small, AI likes to get stuck and slowed down at tight areas and in general areal denial mechanics are very powerful against AI.
There is a reason why tank HE, nade launchers, impact grenades, flamethrowers, phosphorus etc are and have been so controversial topics. Its only natural for this game that those feel toxic to play against.

We could also get more creative with this - want a special nade or piece of equipment? Gotta bring a special pouch for such equipment, which blocks the use of ammo pouches or backpacks… if said equipment would be considerably strong, this could be a tempting tool to bring instead, even if only one or two of your soldiers get to carry it.
Agree. Problem is that devs refuse to introduce limits and don’t make objectives bigger for some reason, so the only thing left is nerfs.
Hell Divers 2 worked out that nerfing was no good pretty quick. Went Straight back to buffing and limiting a little more and is awesome. Powerful is fun!
