I think we should first recycle the abilities of engineers overall. You will probably agree, that options that doing the best job out there is barbed wire, and rally points. Everything else looks good on paper, but in reality, is very quickly destroyed, and almost unused, such as anti tank cannons, or AA guns.
If the AT cannons could be relocated with the help of your squad, if were was possibility to remove MG temporarily from the nest, and similar things, that would keep all engineered objects in the game a little longer while at the same time opening up more tactical possibilities, then I think, it is possible to consider the possibility of systematizing these objects (different cannon/mg types) more in depth.
Engineers should absolutely have the ability to build ATLEAST anti tank guns outside of the squad to deal with the spam of new player tanks. I feel the same way about radio operators being able to drop smoke too. It would incentivize the use of the classes for team work and defeating waves of tanks and planes
Well, tbh - in Moscow i win mostly using engineers.I mean PAK-38 and AA guns are good both in attack and defence. But i use engineers as squad only in Moscow
Personally, for me, the Moscow campaign, so far more less, seems the best, in terms of balance. Of course with big exceptions. Maybe because the Moscow campaign has been grinded a little longer by the dev’s. The design of the maps allows for more use of AT weapons, I agree. However, my point still stands due to the general redevelopment of these construction objects.
As Axis main, I can say, that Soviets are still feels little bit stronger in Moscow, and you have to to do really good job with Germany in order to secure a neat win there.
Engineers are also crucial for Germans in Berlin, especially on defence. PAK-40 just deletes every T-34 in its view, and often remains ignored by them (I really don’t know why, most of the times they just keep coming so I can one shot the same guy over and over). AA guns and MG nests can be devastating too.
Btw u right,i win because i pull a really good job, just to win.
First two rounds was easy enough.
But
The mansion conquest was my hardest conquest in ALL enlisted, and the New map, (sand one) i was just dropping meat to PPSH and AVS sovbruhs, just to win.And i winned.XD
The best thing so far in the Moscow campaign for me is the maps. Ignoring the standard problems that exist in other campaigns as poorly laid out capture points, open corridors for tank campers - in general, while playing I feel that I am making the best use of the map in the Moscow campaign. In the case of the Tunisian campaign, for example, where you practically always only gamble on faster “house cleaning” process.
Yea, I wanted to believe that the Tunisian campaign would be my main campaign. I was really looking forward to something from the African Battle Theater in Enlisted game. However, for the time being, I remain very disappointed, as I think the Tunisian campaign is rushed and still requires a great deal of work. The maps are amazing, just how much work has been put into the design of various items, coffee cups, and so on. But completely signed with the effectiveness of those maps. It suffers from both tank gameplay and infantry too. (also uniforms, omg … tragic)
