Currently when I need to add specifically a British soldier to a squad I have no way of knowing who’s American and who’s British.
Having British soldier wear British uniforms and brodie helmets would make it much more convenient.
(Same goes for Italians in the Axis faction but at least their names are distinct)

but for those who are interested to know ( as of yet instead of having to go through each soldiers over the tutorial )
you can sort of understand who is from which nationality.
if you changed the face, the voice will remain the same, so try to remove the face customization
but here is a list
the prefix can be found in the game, and usually, ( but not always, for example, in germany’s and ussr case ) determines with what voices the soldier comes with.
ussr = soviet union
it = italian
jap = japan
ger = germany
us = united states of america
uk = uunited kingdome
fr = french ( there are none as of yet, but some may come )
and, keep in mind, that this is momentary.
which means, in the future may change because they announced that we would have been able to change their voice.
dunno if that will also change the base soldier that you get.
they always wear the same boring uniform 
it doesnt matter where they fight.
