Make BR3-BR4 able to play Tunisia

Only BR3-BR4 matches, NOT BR5. Tunisia was known to be the first front where the iconic MG42 was deployed (you can see it placed inside bunkers), and also where the allies first encountered the Tiger heavy tank (The H1 tiger is BR4 for those unaware).

I am aware the developers intentionally did not want campaigns like tunisia to be high BR, likely because automatic rifles and assault rifles would be very overpowering in the open landscape, but with the introduction of a BR3-BR4 bracket, those issues are not present.

However, this idea would also benefit allies players too. Vehicles like the M18 hellcat could finally utilize its high top speed in the large maps of tunisia which is otherwise really impractical on smaller scale maps like normandy.

I like this idea a lot, many of the higher BR maps are a bit too close quarters. It would also let the semi auto snipers be utilized a bit more.

Iā€™m not sure of the specifics but I feel like they would need to improve matchmaking more for it to actually exclude BR5, because a lot of the time BR3-4 matches are just BR3-5. Maybe I play at a weird time though :man_shrugging:.

Or idkā€¦ give the BR system some semblance of time. Like some shit isnā€™t even allowed to play in itā€™s original environment and way too much stuff is in the wrong place.

Personally in favor of all maps for all BRs. The campaign system is dead and any semblance of that old system should die too.

Nah, Tunisia has the worst maps in The whole game. Thereā€™s no need to spread them across the 80% of the game.
You can play customs with your MG-42.

you think only 20% of the entire enlisted playerbase plays br5? besides, this suggestion would only affect people who play BR4 specifically because br1-3 already queue into tunisia lol

I had a IS2 in Moscow yesterday, so BR4 matches in Tunisia should already be possible no?

I see your point but will never agree. Iā€™d rather have all options available instead of limitations because history. Shoot, I think the game would be a lot more fun if it was just simply Allies v Axis. I do see how this would be a huge ā€œno-goā€ for many folks though.

For me its that I actually love Tunisia - but that Starwars map is my least favourite map of all, well besides Manor Assault - which I always quit as soon as it pops up, but thats more a gamemode issue.

Iā€™d be fine with the game just giving up entirely on history and just kind of being a ā€˜WW2 what could have beenā€™ and ā€˜prototype simulatorā€™, in which case I might play for fun, but I will most likely move to HLL. I first got into this game because of its fun atmosphere and the immersive feeling I got from matches.
Enlisted is truly a game like no other, and it started in historical roots, the immersion drew me in and if that leaves (which I feel it really has since the merge update), then I might leave.

I mean, itā€™s cool I guess? I donā€™t think itā€™s that unreasonable, but I like the crusader a lot so maybe Iā€™m biased. Because I think seeing a crusader in the pacific is awesome

They already do that for Japan at the start of the merge so they can do that for tunisia

North Afrika saw the very first battles of the iconic Tiger as well.

The one at br4.
