Make a vote to decide whether the new dispersion system would go or stay

After the major update, the accuracy of all weapons has dropped to the degree that some of them are even less accurate than Kentucky rifles:

And that’s not even from an SMG nor an FG42 in fullauto! Just a semiauto rifle SINGLESHOT from 100m away. Almost all automatic and semiautomatic in game have horrible dispersion like that. Even BA rifles cannot hit targets accurately even at such a close distance(compared to how far they were designed to hit) like 100m
And there have been many complaints about it. Just list few posts from the English session.

To make such a big change, the feelings and opinions of all players should be considered. Why don’t we make a vote about it to decide whether it would go or stay. @Keofox

I understand what they’re going for but I think it disproportionately affects new players and lower levels because upgrading a weapon brings the accuracy back to where it was.

The devs dropped accuracy because accuracy differences were meaningless at the range people are actually fighting at, plus the accuracy upgrade didn’t matter.

But that’s related to very real weapons development where every country at the time was realizing that full-sized cartridges were unnecessary for your average soldier.

It was an unneeded change. There was no problem with it before so I say it should be reverted no matter how little of an effect it has it didn’t help anything

Even if you upgrade the gun, the bullet spread does not normalize. This is because bullet spread has increased by 2 to 2.5 times with this patch, but can only be reduced by 30% with upgrades.

Keofox stated on “leave your feedback on last update” thread that soon they will patch a change on current dispersion Atleast for bolt action rifles.

Seems odd since the only thing I see it affect are SMGs (or they’ve just always been that bad) and not bolt actions

That’s good news, but bullet dispersion isn’t just an issue with bolt-action rifles.

Made sniper rifles more relevant.

Tunisia in general has encouraged me to focus on melee just due to how close most of the fighting is.

I agree with you, the bullets dispersion should be rolled back.

Depends.
I found out that defenders in Tunisia tend to camp a lot on ramdon houses.
At least while I play.

Same here, they are in all houses around point, but not on point, that is cursed for them or idk.

The developers have officially confirmed that this effect will be reduced in one of the Russian-language threads

Of course, it’s very normal to miss at point-blank range.

I never miss at 1 meter

Just try to shoot with a semi-automatic rifle at a target at a distance of 30 meters.

as i fail to shoot before i fall identically now i have had no problem with the dispersion
