L3/33 BR1 i guess both have tissue paper armor and small guns but the M2 has a turret the M22 has 12mm of armor but i dont see the other having much more that could stop a 37mm so ok. yep 6 to 12mm only thing worse would be the Ls/35 with 8mm mgs. or the l3/38 which only had a 13mm vs a 20mm on the l3/35.
