I agree with the m21/28 being down tiered but due to its stats, is there any other submachine gun they can bring down to br3 to counteract it?

This makes more sense. Rather the kiraly to br3 or they should add a stick may Suomi to the TT at br3. Perhaps the normal 32 round may in the hr3 TT and one with the āsissilipasā mag as an event weapon

at this point we could move all soviet and US BR4 weapons to BR3 and BR5 weapons to BR4. that would be ultimate balance for some playersā¦

Iād be fine most of the downtiers on the OP but as long as Germany is considered.

Usa and axis are already so well balanced vs each othersā¦ neither complain much vs each others (except die hards anti HVAR and anti Tiger2H respectively)
Soviets mains never seem able to cope, no matter the buffs received.
And Japan is merely ignored by devs most of the timeā¦

Long story short: better weapons wonāt fix shit players. In fact it will make them lazier, worse. Like whatās happening for Soviets. Same thing happened in Tunisia. Italy wrecked when populated while facing vastly superior allies equipmentā¦

I think we have played different Enlisted. Tunisia Axis was a ghost town with nobody playing as Germany. āwhen populatedā that was never the case, it was so miserable that i havenāt maxed out that campaign.

After getting steamrolled for a while, Italians got a popularity boost all of a sudden, when ppl here started to say āI want a challenge, Italiaaaā.
It started getting playersā¦ who destroyed the opposition with their tiny carcanos and berettas.
I was there 
I maxed the campaign very early, tooā¦ Always choosing the underdog faction. I maxed Japan when the AA could shred through buildings. I maxed Germany axis when the best thing they had was a beretta vs ppsh41ā¦ I maxed axis Moscow when the best they had was regular pz3J vs t34ā¦ and beretta 20 rounds.
Alternatively Soviets were maxed extremely quickly as it was easy farming bots and poor players using bullet hoses.
(I always seem to choose the weakest faction for some reasonā¦)

Japan to be honest has some kick ass submachine guns for br2 and 3. As theyāre the only low br smgās with 50 mags and bayonets
Not on EU server. It didnāt happen for us even right before the merge.
They do have good smgs.
But their TT lines are lackingā¦ thereās a huge gap with planes, and their tanksā¦ yeahā¦ decorations.

That was a wonderful but brief period of time. It was much more interesting than the current Soviet BR2 or German BR2.

In the aspect of br5 weapons they are ignored. But when it comes to weapons from br1 to br3, their selections on guns are pretty fruitful as they have the best bolt actions in the game in my opinion, smgs are pretty fun as weāve agreed on and their br3 lmgās pack some variety to them too. As theyāve got the FN 1930 as a fast firing lmg, then you have the ke7 which is a better BAR simply and then you have the type 96/99 lmgs which have 30 round mags and a bayonet. And then the tanks, where you have tanks like the 75ās and the 120 naval gun. And I and my squad of friends have had the most fun on br3 Japan recently since the br3 queue change
Tanks and planesā¦ especially planesā¦ they donāt have enough.
Japan endured for a very long time the type 4 semi auto that was br5(!) For a very long time. Then it went br4.
Just now it finally got br3ā¦ since itās really just a Japanese g41.
Last br patch helped lower br Japan a bit. But they still have a lot of issues (with planes especially)

These are the only down tiers on this suggestion I disapprove. However i wholeheartedly agree on the rest of the downtiers as long as Germany gets a good counterpart in br3 like the Suomi with a 32 round stick mag or the kiraly down tiered to br3
