Cuz thatâs the model M1944 that never reached the frontlines or used during ww 2.
I mean it can be added to the game. This one has even more rate of fire 600-700 but im not sure about the mags where they ready when the gun was ready or they are Korean war.
This is the user manual:
Ignore the bit in red because that is itâs practical rpm and the bit in blue is the cyclic rpm. There argument over, the user manual clearly states it was used at 450-650rpm, not 200 not 900.
Here is my source,:
I told you this depends on the Gasport also
I just fondly remembered when we could count on Japan mains as being the one faction of mains that didnât cry and complain.
Ah, the good olâ days.
This is how it was issued to troops, this is how they used it, the didnât use it with 200rpm or 900rpm they used the gun as it was issued to them and how the manual instructs.
It cant be used on such RPM since they had no technology during the war to fire it at 900âŚthis is after the war modification of M1944 as you can see only on M1944 they had modification for the gas ports to be 700
a personal question why did the make the johnson lmg a single stack magazine, one of the longest magazines in the game but only 20 rounds its insanity
johnson single stack mag is stupid
The point still stands it had a 450-650 rpm during ww2.
This is according to this manual if its from older years will be 200 or 300 depending on the toolkit they had and the year. And this depends how big the tools allow them to make the gasports. 1945 they had the echnology to make the gasports to fire with 600 to 700 and after the war during korea even more.
There is no way around the facts. Enlisted presents guns how they were designed and used, the Johnson lmg did not have a 200-300 rpm, the sources youâve shown that say that arenât referring to cyclic rpm, theyâre referring to practical rpm.
You are twisting words and cherry picking the sorce that fits your narative the reality is it depended on the size of this hole how much gas it provided :
Wow, you understand how a gun works , good job. Now letâs move on to how it was used by troops, oh whatâs this? Oh why its the user manual, let me look. Oh my, Iâm sorry to tell you this butâŚ
NOW READ IT
You are posting one manual what there is to read this is depending on the Gasport if you find manual from older year will have a diffrent rate of fire if you find for newer year will have another since they changed the gasport sizeâŚ
This is the 1st edition, but perhaps you can prove me wrong, donât worry Iâll be right here when your ready to apologise for being so silly.
I told you you are cherry picking while you have videos you can see the late war manual have diffrent rates of fire since they given the tools to increase the gasports similar thing happend with the carabine when they send the tooling to change it from semi -auto to fully literally you can see the sorces for rate of fire are from 200-1000 depending on the yearâŚ
Show me a source later in the war that gives a definite higher rpm.
im not gonna continue wasting my time ltierally you are not reading nothing and you are trying to twist your narative its the main post of this topicâŚ
Looks like youâve been caught in a lie, how embarrassing . All youâve done is give a presentation on gun mechanics, whilst failing to backup how you claim it was used.
IMOP the Johnson as is, sucks. That being said, me personally, I would drop itâs rate of fire to 500 max, which would lower itâs recoil and drop it to BR2. To be honest BR4 at this point is just a weapons storage level as no one plays BR4, and level three is already littered with BARâs. So, I would drop the reworked Johnson to BR2 along with dropping the Base BAR 1918âs rate of fire to 500 and drop it to level two as well. I would also be in favor of a new gun sight for the Johnson if possible as I hate the current one.
Until a large number of weapons are added to BR4 and it is cut loose from fighting in BR5 matches, it will remain to be just a storage compartment for unused weapons.
