Levels in the renewed Enlisted

japan should be max up to t5. idk if japan has any tank comparable with sherman II. if not i would put sherman II to t6, or japan max to t4.

Lend lease tiger.

Here is the opponent for the sherman tank only rice armor.

Japan seems to be lacking in tier 6 and 7 is there plans to add new content there in the next major update.

Hi, japan will get new content in the future as mentioned in the devblog:

Would be nice to make a “fantasy” Tier 11 where all the wet dreams of alt-historians can go, such as AS-44, RPD, MG-45, STG-45, etc. (stuff that was never adopted by the militaries in WW2)

In other words, unless you equip fantasy weapons yourself, you’ll never see fantasy weapons.

The M! bazooka and Sturmpistole are not comparable at all. The bazooka has greater range and penetration than the Sturmpistole by far. The bazooka and panzerschreck should be at the same tier as they are both rocket propelled AT weapons. Some of these changes are Ally biased and are just unfair.

So let me get this straight I have grinded this game for 2 years, but if I want to use the new MM to play a particular campaign, I must select the low tier weapons, vehicles which I started with over 2 years ago.

Something with this logic seems flawed

I have to leave a comment as well to express concern about the deviation from early/mid/late war separation of weapons and equipment.

That is one crucial thing clearly missing from this table. Seeing late war equipment in Moscow etc. would take away a key aspect that makes Enlisted unique.

Yes I understand some balance needs to be thought about, and campaigns need to be merged to allow expansion, but there are ways to ALSO maintain that separation of time periods. Personally I’d love the next campaign to be Poland, but a huge part of that is getting to play with the very earliest weapons of WW2 only…

So I suggest, as others mentioned similarly, we have a secondary separation of period i.e.
Gewehr 33: early & tier 1
Gewehr 98: early & tier 2
Gewehr 41: early & tier 3
Gewehr 43: mid & tier 2
MkB42(H): mid & tier 3
Kar98k Kriegsmodell: late & tier 1
FG42II: late & tier 3
Something like this. It might need more refining, but it can’t just be overlooked/ignored

They still exist, your current cosmetic inventories stay and you buy cosmetics that are utilized when the soldiers are deployed in that campaign.

I hope we can get and save some presets - like 1942 preset, 1943 preset, 1944 preset. Maybe this will help a little.

90% of SMG’s are complete garbage tho

Some faction even have 100% bad smg for kpb farming

Beaufighter is so much worse than p47d, it cannot fight air almost at all and no bomb. hispano also very nerfed like pre-patch WT 2020

Does pretty well against planes, I’ve gotten a double ace in a match w/ it. And it doesn’t need bombs, RP-3s are fairly easy to aim and one-shot tanks. Against infantry they are even more lethal, can wipe out a whole offensive push with only two salvos, loop around and do it again before rearming.

After reading, discussing and thinking about today’s news my honest opinion is this:

My issue here is not the ranks of weapons (absolutely not flawless though)
My issue concern the lay out. In my opinion is this is not a tech tree; this is more like the old linear progression but in a new shape/re-shaded.

The entire point of the tech tree is to give freedom of choice. This tree gives you barely any choice. And you have to unlock sidegraded bolt-actions after bolt-actions …
And every segment doesn’t need to be filled with anything you have to unlock.

Some improvements that’s need to be done (based on your 10 tier-proposal):

  • Bolt actions need to be consolidated into 3 tiers instead of 6. Make sub-unlocks within levels

  • Move semi-auto to the left and make the first unlock at tier 4.

  • Switch places of shotguns and early SMG:s

  • The LMG:s are over-leveled and could be pushed down to tier 2.

Example of Axis tree:

Mostly I think the vehicle progression is not bad. (but small arms are all over the place). There is a lot to consider But I have made a first pass (1st draft) of things I think should be moved around, trying to follow your template.

My Method is based on Power level, and also power based on their counterparts. Definitely not complete. I can’t comment on some items or Japan as I haven’t played them much. But I have played Allies, Germans, and Soviets extensively.

I have moved them and colored the changes.
Green = BR decreased, Red = Increased

*Note When moving the Soviet Stuff, its mainly based on what their counter part is. PPS-42 in game is better than most of the German SMGS for example (Germans have a lot that are much the same and not special).

im sure its been said a lot but my main suggestion would be to have the secondary country’s (italy, uk) gear be move to separate lines in the tree.
like have in the german faction have an italian rifle line, an italian smg line, italian tank line, italian plane line, etc
same with the uk in the us tree.

this would help with line congestion as germany in particular has way to many weapons that are very similar in capability right next to each other. having to grind through 10 bolt action rifles to get to your first semi auto rifle is just way too much; compared to us’s 7 or ussr’s 6

(also the bar m1918 from the pacific war is missing from the table)

Well like I said Ho-I could compete with a Sherman if it had the proper HEAT shell.
In terms of currently not ingame vehicles there’s a bunch that can compete with a Sherman:
Type 3 Chi-Nu, Type 4 Chi-To and Type 2 Ho-I Ko (駆逐戦車(甲)) to name a few.

In my opinion, it is much better not to mix Italian and British weapons too much in other trees at the moment and wait for proper national trees of Britain and Italy. I don’t like the current mishmash of multiple nations at all.

Needs more branching. Not sure if I got it wrong, but it is currently looking too linear. Not like a “tree”. Needs more categories. Instead of a straight line for “heavy weapons”, so you have to get flamethrowers, mortars and AT guns in one go, it should look something like this:

Same thing for rifles (whether they’re bolt-action, sniper, semiautomatic, or automatic). Here’s a suggestion:

(had to put this on images due to forum formatting)

This is very important. It needs to look at least something like this (and it is currently not), else the change won’t be optimal.
