This pisses me off. I joined this game almost 2 yrs ago and I’ve watched it whittled bit by bit but these changes do not make sense. I love playing each era, it was the main reason I downloaded the game. The game was unique and had something that made me log in each day.
I’m more confused about how matches will work. I love playing Japan but am I to understand that I may now face off against Grant’s and Beaufighters? I am already max Japan but have little to nothing past level 5. Will my Africa squads in desert fatigues fight against winter clothed Russians? Will be stupid to see the rainbow of mix matched outfits dotting the landscapes on all sides. I dislike this direction of Enlisted and, sad to say, I may move to another game if this becomes like Activision-EA trash.
Uniforms at least are supposed to be adaptive.
No, it was already mentioned that uniforms will automatically change depending on time period.
What about the custom appearances then?
Conversely, if the Japanese don’t have a semi-auto rifle, they won’t have to worry about the Sherman.
Though it’s strange to have to face a Sherman just for a semi-auto rifle.
It is do need many hits for M3, but I think it is important to point out that M5A1, Stuart for Normandy has ammo racks right middle of the chasis, and it with the fragile M8 Scott won’t be difficult targets for experienced players.
hello they said the helper that there are things missing in the table normally sent to the developer to modify it.
But for the love of god why do they do such a shot in the knee. volksshturm weapons in the fighting near moscow? German airborne troops will jump on Berlin while the Russians will hang the flag on the Reichstag?
People are most hurt by the fact that the pre-war and early war weapons will not be used in the theater of operations where they were most often used, because the Fyodorov machine gun in Berlin was a rarity greater than the Ferdinand tank destroyer.
Darkflow said in About the new progression and matchmaking - News - Enlisted that
In some cases, there may be more deviations from historical accuracy than what we currently have in the game. We believe the advantages of the updated Enlisted outweigh the abandonment of complete accuracy, but we want to hear your opinion as well.
meaning they think the current version has “complete accuracy”.
Meanwhile, for Even Fight events, they said:
One of Enlisted best-balanced events is back and better than ever!
The brutal battles of Enlisted’s best-balanced events have made it to the Pacific!
“Best-balanced”, say Type Otsu vs. Johnson M1941 or Pz III N vs. T-34 (1940) etc.
Not a fan of arbitrary placement based on damage/performance metrics. Would prefer a more historical progression.
But if this is the way the game is going regardless, nothing I could say will change a thing.
Cooler and better looking uniforms, will be higher BR tier.
Dont you dare gynx it!!! Saved up 700 tickets to dress up my select squads at merge!!!
I think I almost have 1000…
I never really used any. Think I’ve bought 1 officer cap, once.
read what? you didnt write anything. tell me how you will achieve team balance? is team balance same number of human players? same number of console players? same number of skilled players? what is team balance?
cause they dont have enough human players for each campaign. ffs they have 6 server and average number of bots entering each match is 40%
In pacific m8 scott is often “The Ratmobile” sitting too far back in the greyzone for AT gunners to line up a decent shot on it, and it can wipe out anyone who tries with the howitzer.
Engineers and machine gunners should be available from tier 1 as well as the machine gun. I wanted to move them down before, but tier 2 for machine guns is too high, and the engineer should be from tier 1 so that players can use them earlier. so should radio operators be earlier and motorcyclists.
adding machine guns to tier 1 won’t break the balance, but it will give more variety.
Overall, I don’t like this change of departure from historical correctness. I feel cheated that I did not pay for such a product.
As I feared, the new system has become far too complex.
If I already see that the soldier levels come with BR I could throw up. There you switch 10 slots to low weapons and overlook a level 2 engineer and you’re in the endgame!
What have veterans spent so much bronze on to level up level 3 or 4 soldiers, if you are now punished for it. Equating a Level 2 engineer with a jumbo… OMG!!!
Two things, what will prevent “veterans” (read as chumps) from squadding up and equipping low tier stuff and farm new players? This is something you see for an example in Crossout etc and is a big reason new players gets turned away from the game.
Second, Japan has a big gap in tier 6 and 7 where you placed a couple of weapons just. I am guessing (hoping) that Japan will get other equipment at tier 6-7 in ways of tanks and planes to match what the US has in that range.
Good to see some more information about this and I am putting high hopes into this matchmaking and the removal of campaigns will end all the “bot games” that are currently happening.
Cheers

this game has nothing to do with historical accuracy. you would need to change too many things in game mechanics to make this game “historically accurate”.
soft HA MM is separate mechanism that has nothing to do with BR. they will probably implement it that some weapons/vehicles will be only playable on later campaigns. e.g. if there is low BR match and someone has mp3008, game will be played in berlin.
