I really hate squads without the possibility to add an engineer. medics squad really could need an engineer to build rallypoints, ammo boxes, and all that little stuff.
the japanese premium squad already has it so it shouldn’t be a big deal to add these to the techtree squads aswell.
You are little late to the party, but that matters not.

I didn’t know they added engineer to premium medic squad, if only medics would be ANY useful I’d be very mad right now.

Medic squad is one of the most useless squads in the game. I wish they would get rid of them and give us Assaulter I instead.
I also note that engineer squads in some factions are BR II. We should be able to build rallypoints and ammo boxes from day 1.
the medic engineer should get a unique building maybe a small medic tent which automatically heals those who stand nearby, this way you can actually build a small safe place for your team, the tiny box alone is not worth it at all.
I like this idea. Easier to find too rather than as you say the tiny medic boxes.
