I think that as long as the player statistics are shown, people will quit matches anyway because of those, but yes I agree with this one, it would be a great, a step in the right direction

This thread got more toxic than I expected. Why not just give everybody exactly the same amount of xp at the end of the match and have done. That will keep the losers happy.

Because the top three are usually hard-working players or players who stay.If both sides have the same number of people and no one escapes, then the losing team has nothing to complain about.Because those who work hard get the same reward.And if the more players escape, the easier it is for those who choose to stay to enter the top three, which is also a way to encourage people to stick to the end, at least it gives people a reason not to escape.

I can build a heave machine gun and farm EXP easily.

Farming is easy because you’re not on the front line. Nobody wants to capture or defend because they’ll die constantly and won’t get any exp.
Thats the point.
Who does nothing wins. And those who do everything lose.
I joined now, in a regular game. Axis in Normandy. Normandy is another huge unbalanced game. So, lets see who get in the top 3. Just the start of the game.
Who is the top 3? The sniper and the tanker. The sniper (me), farway from de point, and the tanker, that start to farm in a grey zone.
If you want to reward those on the losing side, you need to do it fairly.
Such a narcissistic thing to say, it’s not about rewarding them for losing, it’s to encourage them to stay and put up a fight…
I prefer work like this.
Condition : Battle should be last around 30+ minutes, Top 3 should have 3k+ or 5k+ score, and ofc lose
Reward : No step back medal (x1.2 reward)
Also there is punishment

You can intepret this in many way but there should be condition
they dont care ive asked for the demotion to be removed u can come top of ya team and get demoted if you don’t win awards its stupid also I had a game I was the highest-ranked played as LT v generals and major general they had heavy mg teams planes tanks mortars I’ve a rifle squad and a radio team lol no wonder one player got 145 kills I got 44 n was top utter BS
You can only do this if the enemy is mostly AI, because the opposite player won’t let you kill them casually.(I see that there are many players with handles among your enemies. You are not farming.Only when the enemy is all AI can farming be considered.)and in this case you will almost certainly win, so this reward has nothing to do with you.By the way, snipers and planes are inefficient. When fighting 4stacks or deathstacks, its quite difficult to get badges because those are shared with all players, not just your teammates.
A good group will easily slaughter your clueless teammates and no matter how good you are, you not only can’t win a battle like this but also at severe disadvantage at getting badges simply because the clan farms bots and while you need to fight actual opponents for them.
Who cares if the losers farm or not? Why should one single dude keep caring the entire team because he has twice higher chance to have bots and newbie plebs in his team?

I do not know what’s wrong with you we just want our XP for fighting a good battle instead of being discouraged and losing and being kicked in the balls for trying to carry a team of bots or brain damage players on a team.
