Lack of contend and grindworthy things

Hello comrades!

I really really enjoy enlisted and play it almost daily, but even for me, the time has come to say that the game is becoming pretty empty when you finish every campaign you play and when you got nothing to grind for. I really want to play a lot but it feels a little like a waste of time, if i got nothing to grind for… 25 more days to wait till next season with only 3 more campaign levels? I can’t keep myself on the game that long without any content to grind for. Maybe give us at least 1 campaignlevel in the middle of a season? Even a campaignlevel needs more experience to unlock (currently 180000) the developers could even rise up that number, please just anything to grind for…

I haven’t finished even one campaign so maybe my opinion is worthless but…
Last time we got such amazing content like Kar with AT launcher at lvl 30. So can we please wait with adding new content and get something that is worth the effort?

You call that thing amazing? I haven’t seen anybody using it for even once including myself

Completely agree. I have maxed out in 4 factions and feel exactly the same thing. TWO LEVELS PER MAJOR UPDATE is too little

I think that’s a sarcasm

It was sarcasm.
As far as I know it has 0 value vs tanks so it’s basically HE grenade we already have 10 or so lvls earlier.

This Rifleman squad would have been a perfect addition to Moscow IMO.
Those AT grenades would actually mean something to early war Tanks, unlike Normandy.
It does give me the option though of LvL 3 Troopers and another 9 man squad of G43s and BAs through so there is that.

At least US get the P51 with two 250kg bombs (after they removed the 250kg from the BF… logic I guess). Germans get useless Bf110 copy without super cannons.

It’s a nice opportunity to play the game for the sake of fun the game provides.

Even in Moscow it would be meh. Making AT rgl a separate weapon was a huge mistake imo.
I fail to see why the same gun but with different bullet is concidered a different gun. Plus it is much more expensive because reasons.

Is the trowable mechanism exacly the same?

In that regard having a normal Kar or a Kar with the grenade launcher doesn’t make sence either…

Yes. It’s only the projectile that is different.

Yes.
Only sniper Kar makes sense as a separate weapon as scope mount was a modification and wasn’t standard (unlike gewehr that had scope mount as standard).

Logic. Cant transfer Enfield from Normandy to Africa and vice versa cause Enfield in France cant equip bayonet. K98k cant equip bayonet in Africa, but in France and Russia (let alone Berlin where only the Mosin M44 has a knife as free gun).

To me, meh would be at least better than pointless.
It has pretty good velocity, all rifleman can use it, and bolt action rifles are far more viable in that campaign.
I know it was still a pretty pointless decision to introduce them, I said so when it was announced. Still thinking of where they would have fit better.

Because we need more lvls to grind :upside_down_face:
(referring to OP)

we play for the fight, not for the grind, if not so than we would be “living a lie” by trying to grind through the campaign.

I remember days where game would just give you everything right away and ppl still played these games.
I really dont know why so many of us got spoiled by these little “achievements”, every game starts as soon as you have unlocked everything.

I’ve unlocked all of Axis/Allies Normandy, but I’m having a lot of fun going back there and leveling my individual squads and weapons.

But, I do agree, once you’ve unlocked that super hard to get weapon at the end of the line, it does feel a bit more hollow.

Thats not the point.
Looking a Normany (again).
Grinding longer usually means that you usually get good/ better stuff. But US for example already has more or less the best stuff with the P-47 (27 or 28 irrc) and Jumbo (20). Everything else is side- or even downgrade.

Also the grind exists to make money and force people to use some guns for a while and make the game more “diverse” (and to extend the play time). There is no reason to use the Madsen. There is no reason to use the Box PPD… at some point even Drum PPD. There is no reason to use the Panzer II (maybe aside against inf) over the J or the IV. There is no reason to use the T-26. There is no reason to use the PPS. There is no reason to use the Breda in Normandy. There is no reason to use…
Without grind we would have the same guns we have in the 2000 other WW2 games. The grind makes the arsenal more diverse (sometimes in a good, often in a bad way).

Both sides get rifle grenades at Moscow already… and they are HE grenades and useless vs tanks.

But OP hits on the big shorrtcoming of Enlisted - there is no gameplay content - no real tactics - it is all just a mad rush to the cap point or best camping spot.

That was exactly why I was saying the Normandy Late level AT grenades from the rifles would have been better in Moscow vs the Normandy Campaign where they were assigned…
