Why not make it mixed. I would not mind if we have germans and italians on same map, they fought on many occasions together. Campaign progression could also have germans and italians, example:
Lvl 1 - Italian rifle division
Lvl 2 - German engineer regiment
Lvl 3 - Italian tank
Lvl 4 - German assault regiment

Who knows, maybe in future we will get more campaign levels, even if we reached lvl 25 and we will have to progress earlier levels even if we skipped them in overall number.
I also suggested Battle for Hungary in one post where we could have Germans and Hungarians on one side and Soviets and Romanians on other.
Thatās a lie, firepower in the same infantry, in the same planes, in tanks, maybe the medium Italian tanks were worse, but they could pierce the English tanks in Tunisia, even Shermans

Italy had some good equipment, smgs in particular. And the mc 202 planes were no slouch, give anything a run for itās money.

the churchils barely made an appearance in tunisia, the valentines and the crusaders could be penetrated

Italians guns are much better, Bren vs Breda 30, imo Breda is better (In game, not in reality), Enfield vs Carcano, Carcano is better, Thompson vs Beretta M1938, Beretta is better etc.
M14/41 vs Crusader or Stuard, my bet is on M14/41 because of APHE.
Semovente 78/18 vs M3 GMC, my bet is on Semovente.
Both can penetrate Sherman from side and kill it, like you have to do with Puma or any another tank in Normandy against Jumbo.
M15/42 were never in Africa, same as AB43. And as i already said, first one tank crew would be Italian and second German. Then German tanks would be on par with later allied armor.
Mosquitos were not in Africa, CAS can be German thing in campaign.
And i already said, i would like to see them in first half of campaign, in another there would be Germans.
And lower tier tanks vs high tier is problem even now, soo donāt argue with something like that, just because you want only Germans there.

Rrrrrrr I want Italy there, I just donāt think it should mainly be Italy against the British cus it will limit the British vehicles (no Churchills, no matildas, no Valentines no half of the British guns cus the Italians just donāt have counter (something to be the same tier)

That you donāt know Italians weapons doesnt mean they dont have them, they had quiet a lot of guns and could be there for whole campaign tbh. But i already said i want both Italians and Germans out there.

Italian weapons are already on trial in normandy invasion. Ofc Italian units will apear on tunisiaā¦
The main force will be Germany, with both German and Italian divisions with both weapons.
Itās the same reason we are testing sten instead of Tompsons in normandy.
As long as the missions (campaign) is around Europe and North Africa the main force will be Germany.
We might see Japan or Finland on a somehow distant future. But exclusive Italy in Tunisia wonāt be a thing.

But we who are not, just donāt want to grind Germany again and want to see something new
Iām okay if we get 50% Germany and 50% Italy.
But 99% Germany and 1% Italy is just going to annoy me and I (and many other players) will just go and play British instead.
