Bersaglieri in Moscow:
Infamous Sockface.
Along with sockface, nice customizations could be made out of the ton pics available
Did Italians really part in battle of Moscow?
I couldn’t find any info on that no matter how hard I tried, do I need to look for Italian documents?
They actually did! in Op. Barbarossa
Italian participation on the Eastern Front - Wikipedia
Naturally, you will be able to find that Italians took part on this operation, on Moscow’s reach
Operation Barbarossa - Wikipedia
bonus:
Italian Expeditionary Corps in Russia - Wikipedia
Italian anti-tank gun during a Soviet attack
The Italian Army in Russia: from Barbarossa to Stalingrad (warfarehistorynetwork.com)
This is a nice reading!
Thanks, I will be sure to look into them!
Italian Horse Batallion request
Soon or later the horse will come
Doesn’t mention them partaking in Battle of Moscow
That same picture is found on the wikipedia page you linked but it says it’s from near Serafimovich (near Stalingrad), not Moscow
Since still we got italians in Moscow, it’s as close as we can get to at least don’t wear the Wehrmatch uniforms and that’s it. If i made a mistake, what does it matter? We need those uniforms nevertheless they were in that precise battle or not. I remind you we have to play in tunsia with Vokstrumm :')
Oh that eagle helmet is definitely something I would love to get what color is it tho? I’m gonna assume it black since it darker than others color
So? We have Italians in Berlin too, but they shouldn’t have Italian uniforms there nor in Moscow. And the volksturm in Tunisia is just something the devs overlooked, regular volksturm squads don’t have their uniforms outside Berlin.
I wish Italians to wear italian. It’s not that hard
Well they shouldn’t wear Italian in Moscow or Berlin because they weren’t there in the first place. This is like asking the Moroccan squad to have their clothes in Normandy or Pacific, just no…
They… they were.
Constituted on 10 July 1941, the Italian Expeditionary Corps in Russia (Corpo di Spedizione Italiano in Russia, or CSIR) arrived in southern Russia between July and August 1941
As for Berlin.
Yeah no Italy had switched sides at that point.
They were in Stalingrad, not Moscow or Berlin, maybe read through the article you’re linking when you’re trying to prove someone wrong
Many Italians did support the German army and were under German officer command in a few places.
Much like Romanian and Hungarians
The german army was a huge collection of allies and aid from all over, Including the USA for a short while.
