Yea no, the P-47 absolutely was/is a menace yes but it doesn’t just cancel out/undo all the suffering.
The Pershings are absolutely not a match for the King Tiger and I’ve already said what I thought about the AT weapons.
I unironically think they could add the regular T-44 into the game with no issues, that thing was in Red Army service during the war and you would have to be goofy as hell to think it’s too strong for the game.
The IS-2 1944 is weaker than the KT yes but I’m not really sure it’s to the point of being uncompetitive.
You absolute goober I was talking about the IS-2, if you read my first message in this thread you would see that I am in agreement that adding the IS-3 into the game would be a bad idea due to how well armoured it is.

thanks to all the nonsense that the Soviet and allied player base has been fed for so many years their player base is inherently weak and for veterans like us those weapons are godly but the plebs of the Soviets and allies do not understand what they have but when they do learn they will find this game is very boring.
IF IS3 would get added, German 88 would not be enough anymore, so Germany would need to get something else in return - which is difficult to consider because it needs to have a stronger gun than Tiger II H, but can not have stronger armor - otherwise IS3 wont pen it aswell.
IS3 and Jagdtiger will both mess up the entire tank balance in high BR.
These pictures are so stupid, with the argument that if you have a problem with body armor, shoot one more bullet! See? The guy got killed. So problem solved!
It kind of is ? The irony here is that at BR5 you can expect ppl to know a little about the game and weakspots.
And at sametime same people is magically justifying KV at BR3 that is arguably hardest tank to kill due to weakspots is facing BR2 ppl and thats “fine”

jokes aside … its funny to observe how well treated the allied playerbase here is and soviets in particular regarding weapons … they got babysitted with finely buffed post ww2 weapons , prototype weapons , anything that existed on some made-up sheet of paper or blueprint just so their armory is not boring or plain, soviets and americans must have counterpart to STG no matter what, we just cant make them cope with their ppsh and their numbers, that wouldnt be fun right ?

And you have basically just hit the nail on the head but you missed one key point if any of the Soviet or allies who are actually good at competitive gameplay reach the stage they will realize there will be no point in playing this game anymore unless you actually like beating people who can’t defend themselves so that’s why it’s so hard for the Soviets or the allies to retain any competitive players.
