I have an idea: give the xp wich one player misses though desertion to the rest of the players so they wanna stay

You need to consider what currency do you want to prioritize Enlisted Silver or real world money also i wouldnt Play a game during work hours if I ware you 
my job isnt confined to a 9-5 basis

Yeah, I don’t care if deserters gets punished, how does this benefit me? “Yay some guy gets a penalty to something”? No, I’m not a sadist, the pain of others does not help me in any way. I still had a bad game (I can count the times I’ve deserted on my hands, I fight things out), and now you’ll get punished for not wanting to be the sole human punching bag remaining in the stomp game.
I don’t understand why so many are more focused on the punishment, surely we want the outcome of having less deserters in the game? Wouldn’t it be smarter to target the CAUSE of desertion, rather than tackle the deserters?
- A proper map and gamemode selection feature,
- Stacks balance, no more 2x4 squads fighting solo players,
- Rewards for sticking out in a fight, a stacking +10% per guy who leaves (not applied by squadmates to prevent exploitation), and
- Consider removing the win bonus,
People desert because they feel like their invested time and effort aren’t worth the rewards, and that just queueing up for a new game would be way prefferable. just making the rewards worse even if they leave will just harm player retention. Surely we want as many players to play the game, have fun whilst doing so and feel like their time is being well spent? Incentives to stay would be better for the games in the long run.

so now my xp in all my games going to be -20%, because i forced to leave game modes i hate ? I assume i deserter even when i leave games before they started.

Also, don’t give a shit about silver either cause the veterans boxes have extremely shit odds for interesting drops for actual veterans.

Maybe it would be good if you could set the game to PC only. As soon as I see a console icon, I quit, and I don’t care about the penalty. You can enable X-Play in every other game, but not here. I’m curious to see how this develops, because the player count seems to be steadily declining. If this continues, I think the servers will go offline in 3-4 years.
Keep it up, developers.
half times i see updates dissapointing when it comes to give what the community actually wants the penalty system is not going to stop anyone be sure abt that and be doing the banning map system as quick you can cuz
overall at this point the situation is makking this meme turn into reality

If everyone doesn’t like the conquest mode and those maps, then most of us choosing to “dislike” themquite.Perhaps in the end, we really won’t encounter them.
But for now, I often only enter 2-3 maps, so I am still very concerned about its effectiveness.

as engie main, I love make people like you suffer, bring all the planes and tanks all you want, I have big cannons for you and AA, and I never play alone, so if it’s not me, another of my friends will make sure you can’t play as spammer :3

Never felt even a bit bad about leaving those rounds where you are obviously in a bot team. 20% penalty won’t scare me in a slightest.
But hey! If I can never ever play a Conquest again, it’s a win!
Will it end up like this:
Only a few guys who like bad maps have started matching → we have to let some people who don’t like this map enter this map → as long as there is one guy who likes bad maps, 19 unlucky people can suffer.
