yep a simple 3 or 4 second animation of your guy whipping out a knife and making a hole for the fuse nothing super fancy you just open the detpack ring menu and select “Prime with fuse” and it will prime a detpack with a fuse so you can throw in instead of placing it like a mine.

though i guess a new squad of pioneers wouldn’t be the most terrible idea though the problem still remains that the detpack is making the frag grenade obsolete… its still basically just a super powerful hand grenade so nobody ends up using frag grenades which were some of the most widely produced infantry explosives… like more then 50,000,000 fragmentation grenades alone were manufactured by the United States for use in World War II. yet they are some of the least used explosives in enlisted… people use molotovs over frag grenades in this game cause at least molotovs can also damage tanks…
