Commanders! In the upcoming update, we’re adding the support of low-latency modes for Intel and AMD GPU owners, as well as overhauled visuals for bullet holes.
Low latency for Intel and AMD GPU owners
Intel and AMD GPU owners will be able to enable their vendor specific low latency modes. By delaying the input processing on the CPU, the next frame will be rendered with more recent information, reducing latency and making the game feel more responsive. This feature can be enabled in the Options when using supported video cards:
AMD GPUs with RDNA™ architecture (both integrated and discrete): “Radeon Anti-Lag 2”
More realistic bullet holes on glass
We’ve changed and improved the looks of bullet holes too. Instead of a flat decal, each hit will leave a true hole in the glass, making the effect more realistic and immersive. Please note that this feature won’t be available on the Minimum graphics quality setting.
( … i know it’s technically already on the test server. but i made the grave error of putting it on a hard drive and it takes ages to load. while my main enlisted is on the ssd. but… only so much space. )
however,
quick question, would it be possible to get a devblog regarding the editors additions as well?
those are not so easy to understand for the untrained eyes ( like mine )
Just to confirm; do these glass bullet holes have any impact on shooting out windows in general? For example clearing a second floor window so you can throw a grenade in.
Enlisted’s DLSS was updated after only a few weeks of delay from DLSS 4’s initial release date earlier this year, so I think it’s fine for now.
Enlisted’s FSR was last updated March 2024 as best as I can tell, so it’s odd that it hasn’t been updated for FSR 3, which has been available for ~3 years now. Would be nice if this could be fixed.
