Reto.Hades was the community manager of Heroes and Generals.
I wish I could say that he did nothing, but that would be wishful thinking because everything he did was aimed at making H&G veterans suffer as much as possible becuase he hated the game community.

He was the admin on Heroes and Generals, Also the steam moderator. Honestly, nothing was going to save that game. I played HnG for a VERY long time. Generals in everything, everything you can have sank many thousands of hours into. People loved it even though it was flawed. I still try and wrap my head around it anymore after playing the squad based system of Enlisted. Also Enlisted depth is remarkable.
I had a ridiculous amount of hours into that game. I played it when it first came out. Squad 2.0 ruined it. Also a lot of design issues like tanks being stopped by a gopher holder a rock. Sadly the guy even though hated most likely has some great insight on what works and does not work. Both Community people for Enlisted are awesome. I see them interacting all the time and trying to be truthful in the face of delays. Its tough for people to understand they want it in a timely manner themselves but balance it with not releasing a problematic update. It can go sidesways easy.

I believe that squad 2.0 was a huge improvement, but most people could not understand the system so even though it was better, it ultimately failed.
