Like seriously a 50% XP boost for three games 
They make fun of the players, buying units is extremely expensive and they only give us 50% Boost XP for three games.
Why do they mock us that face?

I am in no way a game developer or professional, however, it seems to me that this entire situation was handled very poorly.
A substitute for doing tiny extensions at the very last minute multiple times, would’ve been a statement like this from the beginning.
Better yet, when it was first known that the next update was having issues outside of DF control, should have said something like:
- “We are having technical problems with update, for now it is postponed until next month, will update again when we have more to share. We apologize for the inconvenience”
Instead of failing to meet the deadline you yourselves keep setting then moving because the devs seem incapable of planning more than 48 hours into the future.
Also, being stingy over virtual goods is just bad PR when the playerbase keeps getting screwed and offered no decent compensation (especially with context of gold orders being removed).
But what do I know
