Tbh there is no reason why all maps shouldn’t be available to all BRs.

DF can always restore HA in adding monthly battle or timeframe front events with HA presets for normal squads. And 1 slot for a battle based vehicle and 2 more for battle based premium squads.
Just remove Normandy and Bulge from Br1-3 matches so we can get more Tunisia on low BR.

Low BR US gets plenty of Tunisia.
I’d argue that low BR Germany gets enough too.

Playing always the same maps = the end of enlisted.
Cancel the well-ment yet idiotic limitation of maps.
We want to play, not get history lessons.
What we have: maps linked to BR. History teachers happy. Players unhappy.
What we need: all maps in all BR. History teachers unhappy. Players happy.

For me it’s 100% the location. Always.
