Extreme complex and detailed buildings and interiors. It’s even a better map for hide and seek.
Though without beautiful interior like Berlin’s Reich Chancellery. Stalingrad’s tractor plant looks much more splendid, with long abandoned assemble line. Tons of twisted steel frame. Narrow passages. Multi level from ground to roof.
I’d say this map is more suitable for RO2/HLL’s more populated room/match, with central team leader to guide team attack/defend from multiple direction.
Being a 10vs10 and zero cooperate match is waste of dev’s map team effort.
The bad teams are annoying but this is a nice map and it reminds me of the War Thunder Stalingrad map more than RO2. Atleast we finally get a proper winter map and if only we get more.
The map is just awesome and gives me hope for future map releases. Honestly at this point I nearly forgot how long they needed to add it because it is absolutely sick!
The intense fighting combined with “Shit can I cross the road or do I get mowed down” is just crazy and good.
Good fighting with a lot of surprises and I have to add:
Finally a map where enemy voices (in Russian or German) gives you a hint where the next squad is located. I love it. 5 of 5 stars.
This map is beautiful! It allows for plenty of CQB and long fire lanes for armor duels, not to mention the attention to historical details. I really can’t wait to see what part of the battle they give us next. Awesome job DF
Completely agree. Give it a couple weeks of casual play and you can have both sides maxed out. That takes grind the stress out and you can enjoy high end stuff from both sides
Love Stalingrad campaign, too. The leveling was fun and the 30 bucks were a very good investment.
The new map is absolutly stunning. The factory looks awesome with all the constructions, shadows and stuff. Fighting there is so much fun.
@1942786 : Please give the devs a big hug for their awesome work on this map. And please more winter maps and winter customisations please!
