I WAS NOT CLEARLY INFORMED that the Gold Orders would be removed. There were some hints that changes were coming, yes — but the actual removal completely passed me by.
There was NO compensation offered — and in my opinion, there should have been at least 100 GOLD per order as compensation .
Gaijin will receive no more money from me — and when my annual subscription runs out, I won’t be renewing it — not until a proper replacement is provided.
Then show me exactly please where it clearly and explicitly was stated that purchased paid (even if indirectly per battle pass) content would be removed without replacement .Every stupid event is clearly marked on the start screen with an expiration date - but not this important information! I participated in almost all the events last year - but that info was never included.After 13 years gajin lost now a paing customer fot this dick move.

We plan to gradually phase out the use of gold orders for weapons, vehicles and soldiers.
You will still be able to purchase the weapons, vehicles and soldiers for gold orders that are currently available. However, rewards from subsequent Battle Passes won’t be added to the shop. We will notify you well in advance when we decide to close the Battle Pass shop so you have time to spend your remaining orders.
We also see your interest in previous Battle Pass rewards that have long since been withdrawn from the shop. We’re considering using them as rewards in future events - stay tuned!

Well if I buy something with real money - leave the country for 1 year and come back just to find out my purchase has been removed… well lets just say he got a point, there is no logical reason why lost gold orders shouldn’t have been compensated, no matter how long people have been warned.
Now looking back I wonder why non of us asked about such a compensation, I guess we have been too busy arguing about how to spend our last gold orders.
I bet its impossible now to even figure out how many players have actually lost their gold orders.
I honestly believe this is a massive failure of the community not pointing such a thing out.
Not if they didn’t play for many possible reasons.
I see a chance that someone “possibly” had gold orders and theoretical could have missed this change.
I think this could have been dealt with in a better way - which is easy to say looking back, but again … we didn’t see this being an issue back in the day.
I don’t know man past years have been very turbulent for the game, lots of things have changed, sometimes I think we could learn more from the past than we realise.
Also, well there really wasn’t a point to compensate people complaining at the time - because those obviously got the information in time, but if someome really literally didn’t get the notification in time - why wasn’t this even considered?
