How to skill? Noob here needs help from you guys

I strongly do not recommend using low-level Soviet machine guns
The weapons that can be obtained after merging are generally not easy to use.
But the submachine gun is your forever friend

Don’t use snipers or use hand-pulled rifles to sneak up on enemies from behind.
Their attack efficiency is very poor and it is difficult to gain a lot of experience
Get the PPD34 and sneak up on the enemy from the side until you get the PPS42 and the engineering team.
After you get PPS42, start training the assault team
Developing early version of Yak 1 to ensure anti-aircraft and anti-tank capabilities
Finally, we started developing the M1 rocket launcher and truck.

Use explosive charges and TNT to kill tanks before you get anti-tank rifles.
Molotov cocktails can also be used as a substitute at certain times

Noted. Are revolvers useful in general? They SEEM useful in CQB, but it may also be wasting my money.

I tried, and there are lots of misses. Do i have to press shift to hold breath or what?

No, you must only prone or crouch, and use with small bursts (unless soviet mgs which have strange recoil bonuses). Bipods now work and when using them, you can unload entire magazines with accuracy.

But!

I realized you probably still have only access to the Madsen… it is true that this particular entry level mg, is… not very… good…
Once you get your hands on the next one, thought. The dp27, now that thing is still good at end lvl.
Soviet small arms have more recoil reduction and accuracy hidden stats multiplier than other factions, you will quickly notice how great their things are.

But yes… Madsen first…

well tanks are relatively hard for newbies cause they require some knowledge of maps and objectives as well as how to shoot infantry (cause of shit HE effectiveness of low caliber guns) and tanks (you shouldnt have problems with this after researching second tank).

not really. you are better with using melee in CQB if you dont have bullets than switching to revolver. save your silver for actual rifles/vehicles you want to buy and dont spend them on some marginal upgrade. btw dont upgrade guns before researching -40%.

Don’t spend money on revolvers
That stuff is just garbage
Buy a semi-automatic pistol (if finances permit)
It is recommended to use large ammunition bags and grenade bags

for new players something that I do not recommend is to buy very expensive weapons or improve them, it is not worth it when you start in the game, try to buy cheap weapons so that you maintain a good silver budget

It depends, I think, if I were a new player, the STARTER rifles would be worth improving. Since they are 0 stars, getting them to max is rather cheap compared to the rest, and they are surprisingly decent weapons then.

I like the starter Mosin carbine. When max star, it got fast cycling speed, is accurate and does good damage (still use some).

But that would be if the new player is comfortable using bolt actions

this sums up how to do most things in the game better than your enemies

Ok in the upgrades, where you took the Radio guy, if you try clicking on a engineer badge next to it, look for and see if you have any change order(as shown in red circle at top of SS)
Then if you have some or just 1, you can change to the Engineer if you like, (circled red box on SS) bottom right of SS,
If you not, you can do this later, once you have a order or two

All I ask when I flip my shit at bad teams
Is just
Build support structures like Rallies and Ammo
And show up at the point

So long as you’re getting shot at
Your teams heavier hitters have less rounds going at them
And you’ll hopefully have an opportunity to mop up what they miss

Also in terms of engineering structures, don’t block your teams most likely entrances to the objective with sandbags or barbed wire, I know sometimes enemies will go all the fuck around to go in that way sometimes, but its better to let those goobers get in that way because tying them up also ties your entire team up on their way in

I can’t think of anything else, but that pretty much covers it

which is why I recommended pushing to the flanks if needed.

by comparison no. Buuuut it can still do work if you dont have much else

good place to master the crouch tap fire, and will make you super dangerous on everything better than madsen.

To each their own, but I Find the best way to get more skillful, is practice with non meta, or weaker gear. Get competent by necessity. Then after that you can use whatever you want without breaking stride

hmmm. less that 30 FPS, might make it difficult. and slow reaction time. You can contribute playing the support role. I have a couple of mates that have this issue and I advise them to play the support role instead.

  • Squads" Engineers, APC, Radios, Mortars, MGs, AT
  • build first rallies first and foremost (you will learn good placement), and ammo
  • then get your kills by Supporting using AT guns, AA guns, Heavy MGs, Radio Artillery, Mortars

Its a lot more passive way of fighting and Less reliant on good reaction time. But it still has its own art to it to “not be useless”.

but you wont win this way, only contribute to a win. reliant on someone else getting in there.

could be!!!..might be why he was hitting stuff with the madsen too…then effect wore off near the end and started whiffing lol

If your target suddenly appears in triplicate… It’s then by definition larger!

Basic math!

Early Battle Rating anti tank rifles are very mediocre, so I wouldn’t focus on them when fighting vehicles - that being said, AT squads are non the less extremely potent because of AT guns!

No matter the BR, you will always build the same AT gun, which means in low BR matches you will often one hit kill almost every tank.

Now this aside, low FPS is a real issue for this game and for shooters in general. It will be a big disadvantage for you, personally what I would recommend for you is using "slow firing SMGs with extra big magazines, because that way you can have a longer effective firing time before needing to reload - you will miss many shots, but staying on target as long as possible before needing to reload will make low FPS less impactful.

MP34, PPS42, and even a Sten are all good enough at the start, there is no shame in getting those first and then saving money on higher BR gear.
