Completely fake, those body armours still transferred the kinetic energy of the bullet causing massive damage to internal organs.
They were completely abandoned by the battle of Berlin for good reason.

No thats not true, its still painful to get hit but its not true that you get internal organ damages, they work exactly like our modern vests it still hurts its very painful indeed but you wont die.

You don’t need to die, hell most people who get shot don’t die if they receive proper medical care im time.
But you still get seriously injured, In that case you must leave the battlefield because if your state gets worse than you will only burden your comrades. So ultimately it doesn’t really matter if the bullet penetrates or not, you are still out of this operation for good.
And of course we are yet to talk about the numerous flaws that are not represented in the game.
You don’t see pouches on soldiers wearing body armour so they are completely relying on their mates for ammunition and grenades, ofcourse soldiers with body armour somehow get full ammo in game.
The armour doesn’t protect the back of the soldier, but 10% damage reduction still applies, body armour in game is broken.
The heavy body armour gave zero protection to the wearer outside of urban environments which turned into nothing more than extra weight heavily limiting mobility, even today with lightweight kevlar that has infinitely better protection than the ww2 SN, soldiers still prefer mobility over glorified protection. Ofcourse soldiers in game are completely unaffected.
No sprint penalty, no recoil penalty, no run speed penalty… You get the idea.
The ammo is stored in the Sidor… you dont seem to have much knowledge about the heroes of ww2.
Ah great when you talk about penalities lets make the Tiger turn its whole turret in 1minute instead of 24 seconds how it is right now, you dont want this to happen trust me, also german machine gunners carry only 1 belt the rest is carried by the assistant gunner lets implement this.
While were at it, the german flammenwerfer constantly leaked which caused the carrier to get burns on his back from time to time, suggestion ongoing.
No sprint penalty for panzerfausts ah ? they weight around 4kg and usually soldiers have only 1 in enlisted they get 4-5 thats quite a load additionally to the primary weapon and ammo lets implement this, unless all germans are donkeys which sprint while carrying a ton of panzerfausts and whatever is in the mine slot they also weight 3-4kg.
