How good does rocket artillery perform compared to normal artillery?

Rocket artillery has been out for a while and now I would be interessted in your opion on the rocket arty.

Does it perform notably diffrent from normal arty or do they just do the same thing?
Is the AT capability actually usefull/ do you actually get kills with it?
Are the rockets still worth it there are just against infantry as targets?

It’s very good against very heavy tanks like King Tiger
but against infantry normal artillery is better IMO

Rocket Artillery Radio Call-In

Rocket Artillery would be a new Radio call-in. It’s features would be based on how they performed in real life during the war. Unlike regular artillery, it would have a larger radius, a shorter cooldown time, but would be very inaccurate and it’s projectile strikes would be random. I get more infantry kills with regular artillery.
Rockets are best for vehicle attack.

It’s effective against those close quarters APCs, when defending, so I stick with rockets in case! Normal better of no vehicles though.
