Health perks

the 35 health perk should be reduced or removed and that’s nt about the prem squad ibut for everyone i understand maybe being able to get away with some more damage by pistol caliber rounds and shrapnel but needing 2-3 point blank shots at the chest to ground em is ridicoulous cause they just turn and kill you

btw can you get 2 star ppk from drops? Also think something else eventually the people you are facing will get the health perk for their squads won’t that ruin yor expirience cause then killing them will be quite harder your PPK will be as good as ever but the enemies will have more health

I dont care much about existing of prem squads. If it will be removed - balance is still will be the same. For my experience premium squad dies under heavy fire as quick as other squads.
This perk btw can be obtained by every character with amount of 4-5 stars. So there is no such a big difference to kill guy with this perk.
idk why you people start arguing at once. You have your vision i got mine. Its normal. Maybe only reason you want here more posts and wanna have attention. So be it.

No, its not. First of all lets not call this p2w, as these perks are part of progression system for every player and this thread is not about p2w rather than about perk balance overall.

No its not.

If i have faster reload and we both put in situation where we need to reload and keep fire - ill reload faster and may kill someone before he manages to do so - our dps is different due to reload perk. My win.

If i have stamina that others dont have - i can get to the place in time and shoot while i am in cover but you’re moving. Standing vs moving. Me winning again.

If i have something you dont have - i can make it to win.

But - there is always chance that you simply shoot better and just give me a headshot, which completely neutralizes every bonus i had as a rifle headshot gonna kill everyone.

Is this fair? In my opinion its completely fair system and health perk is on pair with every other perk increasing maneuverability or dps. Its actually pretty logic and standard way of stats and perks, where you increase “attack”, “defence” or “speed”, complete basics of every rpg game.

it’s litterally the worst the others sure are unfair advantages but can be dealt with but this fundamentally break the game cause you litterally did everything right and got the shot on your enemy but instea dof him dropping to cure at the very least he just shoots you and psobily mauls down your entire squad and even if you kill him eventually he has another 6 guy waiing on the corner what’s exactly so hard too get the other yes are unfair advantages and yes they are unfortunate but they are here to stay but this is a step too far that will kill the game and make newcomers leave if that’s the case the game would be better off both in quality and in terms of player base if it just did payed campgins instead of free to play cause again YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING RIGHT BUT THE SHOT WILL NOT KILL HIM WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE, can’t you get that? Also it will impact the game significantly cause now it’s just prem squads and just very few people with a regular squad as time passes the game will be turned into cod and let peope get away with a giant amount iof things cause ok you might be able to reload faster which is a big advantage but it’s manageble but you simply not dying and the other guy just killing you is gonna kill the game

Well, because it shouldnt. Why shoul it afterall? Like there are tons of games where you cant kill people with a single shot, even through its headshot.

Take this opportunity and be happy when they die with 1 shot, but dont expect this to happen everytime. I see no poblem with this. I see someone who is used to kill people with 1 shot and now refuses to accept the changes, but this is not the case with newcommers, if they dont get used to kill with 1 shot all the time - they wont see that as a problem, isnt?

I tell you even more, there are people suggesting to improve damage model to actually let people survive multiple shots. They claim real injures from fire arms are not that deadly and you can easily keep fighting with 7.62 in your chest. And its actually true feedback from militaries, while you people here claim and whine because someone didnt instantly died. Meh, that argumentation is not enough to actually make perks useless or remove them completely, imho.

Take off the goggles and look at the fact:
Nobody is going to stick around in a game where it takes 2 bullets to kill and 1 to be killed.

The game doesnt spins around rifles. Its not really important if you rifle is persistent or not.

It kind of does, as there are statistically more troopers with bolt-actions on the field than any other class.

Cant agree with this. Before wipe it was mostly automatic and semi and this is how its gonna be as soon people get what they want.

yeah these games are shit this is the point we are talking about rilfe round not submahcine guns rounds and also these game either have things that seperate these players or everyone dies after multiple shots it’s not an exclusive thing that can be abused just a game mechanic for noobs and here you are saying that the game should not be for noobs and yet you are promtoing the health perk which helps noobery and punishes people who are already in a disadvantage by not giving them a kill even when they should have gotten one

Im promoting skill based features after all where you can improve attack/defence/movement. I dont care if defence part goes through health or armor, it ends up increasing survivability and making someones life harder because he dont have counter-build, lacks perks or experience.

then good but what if they do not happen? should we aim for a more possible change in the meantime which is the reduction or removal of the health perk?

I dont know, if they dont happen, what else wont happen? Like we have bulletproof vest slot in game, which means there will be chest armor, which means again - even without perks it will affect incoming damage and possibly allow you survive 1 rifle shot.

Will we see same thread once vests are announced?
Or should we already start one?
Should we protest about every upcoming feature that may change time to kill for those who were able to obtain it while its not fair to other who couldnt obtain them?

I could play this game without perks, for sure, and without upgrades as well. That would make progression and grinding pointless, and without grinding i would stop playing earlier or play less.

Not in a supposedly realistic shooter.

Once again - based on feedback from this forum - instant death from 7.62 is not realistic. Realistic afterall doesnt means going hard into simulation. Whats so unrealistic in someone being able to survive while another not? We are not born equal. Some people die from corona, others dont, is that unrealistic? In USA there was a guy with 20 injures from firearms, does that means everyone should hold that much? O_o

Staying realistic means you have no jetpacks in game and fight with weapons from the real world. How they handle and game balance has with realism to do only when it comes to simulators. Enlisted isnt a simulator, its obviously they have space to expand game mechanics.

completely irrelevant

injuries. not lethal shots to the chest with a large rifle calibre round.

for almost every weapon in this game, time to kill is under a second. However, if bolt actions can not one hit kill if aimed properly, then their time to kill goes way up, as well as their required skill to use. I simply want to make it so they can be used fairly against other weapons

well, if thats all you can take from my post - its indeed irrelevant.

Once again, people claim 7.62 injury to the chest is not immediate lethal.

There’s too much arguing over semantics and anecdotal evidence, rather than straight facts. Try to keep it on-topic.

How in the universe does this promote skill, it takes skill to aim and shoot properly, it takes skill to have good positioning and not get shot, it takes skill to win a tank duel. It takes no “skill” to get a perk, if you play for enough time, regardless of how well you play, you will get perks, their is no inherent “skill” in playing for a long period of time.

Having a perk that says “you can survive one shot from a bolt action rifle” means you effectively have a safety net that prevents you from relying on your own positioning skill in order to not get hit in the first place

This is not a strategy RPG where everyone gets a starter build in multiplayer and the entire skill of the game is deck (or in this game perk) building.
