Of course they are fully upgraded, obviosly. People who cry about ‘health perks being op’ doing that with stock weapon - should crearly state this out so we all know how dumb some can be. IF and WHEN you aim for top performance expecting people to die from 1 hit - you should use all available game features for this and weapon upgrades are crucial for the battle. Therefore - of course i use fully upgraded weapons, i always compare things from from max performance view, which i suppose is how things must be done, because you cant simply ignor this available improvements and then just claim something OP because someone is too silly to actually hit chest, hit head, upgrade weapons or hit twice (oh no, he didnt died, hu hu hu, world is dying).

You know its not premium unit, i seriosly doubt he could have health perk and obviously takes so much damage due to desync or bug or whatever.

So once again. I didnt meant soldiers with HP perks always die from 1 shot, and i also didnt meant i killed a guy ‘once’ with 1 shot. All i point is that you kill such soldiers MOST of the time with 1 hit. Soldiers taking 2 hits is something you see rarely. Soldiers taking 3 hits is nonsense, there must be something different than balance, kind of desync, issue, bullet dmg drop due to obstacles, and so on.

This gif was made out of this video, where many others died from 1 hit and the last guy came from spawn. This is how i experience using bolt action rifles 90% of time.

And thats gewehr! Not even Kar! It has lower damage.

I personally think there should still be room for not fully upgraded weapons oneshotting at least on upper torso hits.

There is always some place above shoulder called head. I mean when people playing tanks they accept shooting at weekspots only. Its like pixel hunting, and if you dont do that or dont know that - they claim you’re noob, unexpirienced, and should learn to play.

Sooo, maybe people should start shooting at heads too.

Imo starter weapons should atleast be able to knock an enemy with a chest shot. I’ve had experiences like premium soldiers wiping out my squad after my point blank did not even bother them.

I clearly see ppk on the vid. Anyway, its just my point of vision and how i see my game experience. You cant blame me guessing im lying without anything to actually proof your words. "he could, he could’ proofs nothing, because ‘you could’ be wrong too.

can’t they switched weapons? as long as he is ana ssaulter shoudl he be able to use the ppk? Not to mention that the first thing would do is to spade the rest of the squad and make sure i have 7 maxxed out assaulters instead of 4 give an assaulter the ppk and deliberatily going for the none spaded people helps spade them, also i’m not saying that you’re lying just saying that you might be wrong

when i say 90% of MY enemies dying from 1 shot, you start arguin adding this ‘but’, ‘could’, ‘not sure’, how does this makes me being wrong? Its either i lie to you or i cant math, isnt?

So how many videos should i record for you and how do you want they look like? Im killing litereally thousands of enemies daily. Do you think a single doubt about a random video can change my mind about perk balance and somehow affect this discussion? I mean does it even makes sense to waste my time and make some videos that you wont doubt?

well if you are putting it this way, we aren’t going anywhere. at this point.

so you wanna preatty much kill the game even before it started.

to begin with,

this is more than a limited " view performance " of the overhall situation. if you are only considering maxed out rifles

nor uncompleated.

let me get this straigh, in war, people use rifle. ( which it’s kinda obv ).
rifles, are made to kill. and most of the time, a k98 /mosing or whatever, 1 shot or 2, are equal death for someone.

meaning that there is no space for bs like 3/4 shoots to kill someone like most of the time happens and i’m quite sure that more people will agree.

maybe this is the first problem.

you played too much that you don’t notice the difference.
i can tell you that i make usually 4/5 match per day, and i can notice a lot more those problems.

but who knoes. i might be wrong.

so instead of addressing the argument that or concedeing we don’t know you do the but how many videos do you want me to record? really dude? should we all do a a contest with video of prem dudes being one shot and refusing to die and see who has the most? It has no logiv to it either adress what i said or concede that we can’t be sure

Well, its not me. Its just people here around who think if someone has opened a thread saying ‘perks are op’ than people who agree can just agree without to prove anything, while someone having another point of vision actually bringing some videos gets instantly flooded with comments like ‘cant be, could be, and so on’.

  1. once again, this a mmo game with mmo mechanics with a need to grind, this is not regular shooter where everyone uses his stock AK-47, stays equal by default and competes in reaction and shooting skills only. This is simply not the same type of a game!

  2. second - ITS A STARTING GUN. My god. You can get a fully upgraded STARTING rifle in a day, or two, or even 3. If you dont want to do this - im personally done discussing this with you or anyone else who think he has enough competence to actually understand how the game works and what causes disbalance. Its unbalivable, how some people here dont even hide how noob they are and still think they are right to make some claims about things they dont even understand or cant do.

Summary we don’t know if the soldier you killed was at full maxed out and we don’t know in the case of him even being one if he has the health perk as for the gun again as far as i know the guy you killed should be able to give PPK to any assaulter so it’s inconclusive and there’s times they get one shot and other that they refuse to die. So we basically can’t tell what’s the case right now

well, people claim that perks are op even with, or without a proof. i do agree that video or screenshots are needed. but at the same time, when a lot of people complains about it, it’s because there is something that keeps going on and on for everyone.

the main point is… the health perks should be removed complealty. no matter what. so it can be actually a " realistic " shooter game. but even than, we have spawn points, weird game modes, and many other things that make me question how much is really that " realistic " this game.

i do agree, but there are planty of other parameters that you can, and should change between each upgrades. exept the bloody damage.

i don’t think so.

in 5 matches, i get barely 5 logistic supply. no matter my skills.
which it might occour that i get different variation of bolt action rifles, or normal rifles from it.

than, i have to remind you have to i habe to upgrade the section of the rifles with the first squad, than, be lucky to get more upgrades gear, and be lucky again that my upgrade doesn’t fail. because happened to me that i wasted 3 rifles and didn’t even get the upgrade done. and this time, i have footage ( if that really needs .

so, it’s more than debatable truee that you get an upgraded rifle in one day.

plus, you don’t only have one soldier in your squad, you have a lot of them.

and it’s not about " competence "?

you have to defiine a noob in the first place.
i’m not that kind of persona that a K/D or “SCORE” it’s all what matters.
because i’m sorry to dissapoint you but i’m not even that bad.

unlike you, i just came to my sense and realize when something it’s not partical good, or something it’s not working as it should.
