no offence, but everyone knoes that at the beginning, lots of people don’t really know what they are doing.
hence, a tank might be better for them. and teamplayers at higer tier, will still go with tanks, or have the ability to use logistical halftracks. that’s kinda the point.
otherwise new players will only spawn with those and do not use them properly ( locking potential spots to those who effectively use it. )
as a tank, good players can do without them. newer players though, it’s all what they have in terms of firepower beside bolties. which, it still takes time to practice.
but maybe it’s just me.

not to sound bias even though people will call me on that, as a high level player my self ( i think ), i’d still would go for halftracks with a plane just to use it for their use ( hoping that they will have more than one other then just being a boxy taxy ) that way, i wouldn’t be able to do so because majority of newer players will only have halftracks.
which, it’s not a good experience for them to have halftracks against tanks.
i’m more for a plain field where you still have the tools to compete against what you face. giving them an halftruck perhaps will make them earn good xps, but it will not help them that much against tanks.
that’s why imo halftracks should be an option for thoso who wants it opposed to the tank. so they know the risks, and they accept that.
instead of forcing new players to give them something not ideal for first experience.

But again, I think that the best option would be to modify \ improve the currently available squads. Just we must have a opportunity give a half truck to your max lvl riflemen 2 or 3(2 - middle, 3 - very high lvl, so it also not good) squad. If this squad have a half truck, then he also have limit, only two half-trucks on map in one time.

From my rational analysis, the transport vehicles and other related features will definitely appear in the game.
They’re a company in business and a money-making machine, and it doesn’t make sense for them not to make money from the features they’ve made in the game anyway. And it’s something that’s popular with many players.

you can introduce them as prem or replace stuff that wasn’t supposed to be there.
( just to name a few, the halftruck could ( or should ) replace the PZ IIIB. this last, has literally no reason to exist. and the marder III be a prem ( even though, i’m a little bit against ).
but there has been planty of time to introduce them. rather than add a 35/38(t) as prem…
( or rework the damn campaign levels already. so that you can earn more from one level, but it’s gonna take you a bit more to level up. idk. just a few ideas )
Consider that they may insist on adding new campaigns to dilute and filter players who expect them. Until every campaign was PvE, but we never had a decent PvE mode like the CRSED zombie mode.
Until a certain critical point, they find something happens, at that time they may make these campaigns into branches, and the possibility of providing players with a cross-campaign matching mode also exists.

What i am thinking is probably just a new mode where you tryhard tactics and unhistorical weapons are either limited or unable to be used.
