Nope, it looks like this. And leads you to buying premium first.
For 70 bucks, you get like few months of gameplay, then the game, and support, is out. Even BF games don’t last, and get barren servers months after release. And you pay that 70 bucks every year, for every new BF.

‘objective advantage’ what a load of shite lol You act as if premium removes any and all limitations to your squad loadouts, it does not. Not even close. The whole basis of this game is squads that counter each other, it ain’t what you have it’s how you use it. Play smarter.
You start talking about DPS in a tactical shooter lmfao get real mate, virtually every weapon is a 1shot kill, literally irrelevant.

70 bucks would be only the start, when DLCs release, most of the player base just moves to new maps. I was wiser with last BF and playing it using Origin subscription, just as with previous titles, lost interest in it after a month and never came back. Huge savings.

Premiums cheap. And as the game is free, how else are they going to fund it. The only extra choices it really gives is multiple vehicles. That’s it. And they are limited Anyway in-game.
You can add specialists to any squad for any situation. The reality is you will use the same 3 infantry squads everytime. The 4th I have just sits there.
Pay to win is something you would pick all the time/everytime. There is no substitute

A good example of a game that gave every thing avaiable for f2p players and gold users was heroes and generals.
To a point that every year they loose money and had to fire 75%of active team.

OH YEAH, DLCS! Oh my goodness. And expansions, that are forced, practically. Zero day stuff. I forgot, you’re right. It’s way past 70 bucks, almost always.
Regarding Origin - exactly what I did - got Origin for a month for like 3 bucks lol Played few days, dumped it and never looked back lol

Planetside 2 also has everything available for F2P except most of cosmetics. And they are holding quite good.

Yeap, premium there had rather low benefit on top of being kind of expensive. Like 20$ a month if I recall correctly.
