Seems it’s gearing more pain to win now that you can only do 3 tasks per day for order tokens if you don’t have elite battlepass which gets 9. Games I have played before with battlepass never had monthly premium as well.
I never said it was a huge advantage. I said it was an advantage. Saying it give no advantage would be a lie.
For basically every somewhat difficult task in this game, there is a squad that makes that task easier:
- Using arty to clear a capture point
- Using a fighter to shoot down a bomber
- Using a bomber to destroy a tank
- etc
All of these squads come with the downside of having lower DPS than the “main combat squads”, namely LMG and SMG. This makes them much less desirable when contesting capture points
As such, you want to have at least 3 LMG or SMG squads to max your DPS, leaving no slots for the easy counter squads.
Yes, you can make up for this with skill, but that requires you to put in significantly more effort than if you brought that easy counter squad. As such, paying for extra slots == lowering the amount of effort needed to perform well. As such, it gives an advantage that needs to be adressed.
There is two ways of addressing this:
Add a way for dedicated players to get these extra slots for free at the “cost” of significant time investment, or remove the extra slots.
I personally do not care which of those two fixes is used, but I do think either of those two fixes is needed.

Back in CBT when premium SMG squads were OP sure, but now it’s definitely not the case.

You get bronze tokens just via XP. The battle tasks are only to progress the battlepass now.

Was 10 month. For double xp, double credits and a extra slot of equipment avaiable.
You buy it once, grind 300k credits per month (I was doing Dat in 2 days) and live forever as f2p player. Didn’t age well
“Holding quite good” - besides the fact that they had to sell the company and development of actual content stopped like 5 years ago.

the BP task limit is actually a smart thing for the devs to do… if they didn’t iv have had all the levels of the BP finished in 2 days if im being honest…

Game is F2P so it should allow players to play in comfortable and fair enviroment with those who pay. When paying players get obvious advantage over those who do not pay - it’s not fair enviroment anymore.
Some squads have the abilities that aquire only to soldiers in that specific squad, not specialists in other squads. So more flexibility = better adaptation to the situation on the battlefield = higher possibility of winning = P2W

you legitimately are terrible at the game if you think any of this is P2W. They’ve already nerfed premium squads into the ground. Sorry lovely, can’t get hand held anymore than you already are. I suggest playing on console and seeing if the aim-assist helps you out.
unfortunately this is thematic of the forum. “I am god king of FPS, the game must be broken.”
It’s weird how nobody on the entire forum is mediocre or poor at the game. Everyone is really good it’s just the game being broken.

The premium battle pass does not make a difference inside of a battle, outside of the gold order weapons. As those gold order weapons are sidegrades, not upgrades, they are fine.
Advantages outside of a match are perfectly fine as it does not affect the actual gameplay.
Similarly, I have mentioned that if the overperforming premium weapons were nerfed, the premium squads could be buffed to be sidegrades.
I am not against monetization. I am against any kind of paid advantage. No matter how small.

Ok, let’s make a deal.
Everybody that defends extra slots, go play the game for a month withouth the premium.
You probably unlocked everything already anyway so you won’t loose anything.
Then tell us your thoughts.
If you are happy with 4 squads max them I’ll shut up and newer complain about it again. If not then you shut up.

Even you were all in about having Flak 36 as a counter for KV-1 in Moscow. So to counter enemy tank you would need to keep one specific squad in your setup. Without possibility to take something else in their place.

Me, i am not good, still dont care for paying or not, when i can i throw dollars at it go play and then do other things. simple 
BTDT during closed beta test. Once again, learn to play, learn to balance your squads appropriately. take what you are strong with.
And sometimes, maybe sometimes (sorry I realize everyone has a 100 w/r and a 90/1 KD) just take the random L like an adult.
