must have lost at least 15 games in a row without a single win. sorry germany your on your own im joining the russians. i am suuuuuper disappointed since i spend alot of “Cards” on my squads and levelled them all up. i cant can not stand losing one more time.
Axis Berlin has the best equipment in the game, skill issue.
go play germany on berlin. see what happens
Ive seen enough, I dont need to see more, axis Berlin is the best faction in the game.
it seems this is just an EU server problem
You select only Eastern Europe server, it would now work fine
doesn’t matter even if axis get laser gun , no one play’s Axis Berlin beyond level 10
early soviet levels are so far ahead its not even comparable
You’re probably on the East European server, try the European one next time.
I played on the European server last Sunday and lost every match as a German. Being just campaign level 10 and mostly being 1st in score is not . 80% games were steamrolls, just one or two were just a little more balanced but still lost. Losing 1st cap point in the first minute (nobody defending) with the enemy still having 1000 tickets is not nice, I did not feel like babysitting a team of bots and quadrumanes with my level 10 squads, so most of these battles I deserted.
I played a couple of battles as a Soviet and won both.
Clearly, it is a playerbase issue, because equipment for Germans is not bad, probably it is just not interesting to seasoned players. Still something must be done, e.g. giving the German faction some appeal (e.g. better or more unique weapons or whatever else).
So now I am sticking to Moscow only (both factions) which is the only balanced campaign IMHO, despite the fact that I have practically everything maxed out (just few squads still to develop 100% like AT gunners).
Lmao. Still the best campaign. Skill issue.
I can’t understand how you guys loose so many matches in berlin axis. Dear lord
You may be a bit excessive with the 15 back to back losses or just unlucky and going against 2-3 men squads buddy
plus
Berlin have a huge problem most of the time the game redirect a little ammount player from EU to EEU to fill german player slot in that server wen the german population in EEU is under the minimium and in the end you find 2 german player aganaist 10 soviet player and next people come here complaining “german weak nerf soviet”
Not sure if ever happen to me.
I play on prime eu time, most batles are filled with humans. If they stay or not in the batle its another issue x)
You need pay attention fo find this because if you simple play you don’t notice this
For several weeks my brother and I grinded to the end of Axis Berlin and didn’t really have much issues. We recently started the Allies side and I must admit, we were caught off guard by a lower quality opponent and found most games a quick steamroll. We asked ourselves why? It didn’t feel like a weapon unbalance but the big difference is Germany is always defending and it’s way more stressful playing defense 80% of your games. If there is anything to change, maybe make it random who is offense and who is defense. I know this may not be historically accurate but it should allow players to learn both sides of the map and even the level of stress
I’m sure this is just a cry from the heart and a wild accident, but I can’t help but notice a couple of things about the balance in Berlin.
Thoughts
Playing last year, almost every patch I noticed a line that the darkflow nerfed the attack side again (at that time, soviets almost always attacked). Either they changed the capture speed, then they cut the tickets for the capture, then they built a bunch of barrels on the passages to the Axis spawns.
It got ridiculous - the German team could not get out of the Lehrter Bahnhof(conquest) spawn at all, because the playerbase issue was not resolved then, as it is not actually resolved now. They chose the strategy of patching, creating a Frankenstein without solving the source of the problem.
I’ve seen a bunch of high-level Axis Berlin players, and they’ve become so through a wild handicap from darkflow, which actually gave them points, gave them free tickets, gave them more convenient spawns, and even changed the landscape for this most illusory balance, leading to a huge boost in experience for regular FPS players.
And as it turned out, the late game component of the Axis there is the best in the game. Two packed players can stop any attack within 30 minutes from any PPSh horde, and that’s just a fact.
And playing low-level in any faction and in any campaign is not pleasant as long as this miserable matchmaker exists, so this is far from a problem with the Axis weapon tree up to level 10.
fun fact: this game is team play game, which means even if you have super ultra hyper master weapons you can’t win if your team is suck
Because 60% of the players who play axis have room temperature iq, the issue is not the equipment but the brain or rather a lack of one.
If it’s a playerbase issue, it’s two things:
Recent changes/additions are making the allied side more fun/easier to play, so people who can’t handle losing either quit entirely or switch to allies, and:
There’s probably a lot more people who want to play the Allies. Playing as the Axis, especially with recent controversy in the US and Europe, isn’t a thing enough people want to do to keep full teams of players for the Axis across four campaigns.
